~ The Ahquen Desert, by Dan Mika ⚒ The Ahquen Desert, Gaia's largest and most inhospitable desert, lies in a lowland valley bordered by towering mountains and serves as a natural divide between lush northern jungles and southern savannahs. This harsh landscape is defined by its searing heat, scarce water, and sprawling sands punctuated by jagged Sand Spires and the life-giving River of Life. At its heart lies Sammarkaand, the fabled capital of the ancient Empire of the Golden Sun, buried beneath millennia of shifting sands. Once a beacon of human innovation and worship, Sammarkaand's golden domes and towering monuments whispered of a culture intertwined with the desert's mystique, its people said to wield animal-like abilities to survive. Today, the legend of this "Golden City" draws adventurers, scholars, and opportunists, all dreaming of uncovering the secrets hidden beneath the unforgiving sands of Ahquen. 🔮 WORLDBUILDING SUBMISSIONS: We now accept submissions from Writers, DnD players, Roleplayers, DMs, Authors, Game developers, and any other World Builders! This is a wonderful my friend the such power to the music in the art shows a great illustration of a beautiful and magnificent Kingdom very well done my friend😊
This is absolutely stunning! Ahquen's music creates such a magical and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for sleeping, reading, or focusing on study. The fantasy vibes truly transport you to another world. Thank you for this beautiful soundtrack!
This music touched my soul. It reminded me of a previous life memory I had during my childhood that led me to become a professional psychotherapist and healer. I had a good cry to release the pain and suffering that was within and let the healing take place. Thank you for this beautiful and soulful music
This has a mystique, a sense of woefull wonder for a noble, powerful civilization, but whose stalwart edifice now lay with the mere shadows of ghosts. This makes me want to seek out the enigmatic secrets of these once thriving and powerful people. I wish I had access to a time machine so I could visit and interact with them. This has a vibe that blends Gladiator, Dune and it's own gentle, moving, sorrowful melodies.
Time flies by. I couldn't believe that a week has passed. It felt like that you posted Sarmakaand just yesterday. It was beautiful, by the way! One of my absolute favourites. Next to Damascus (which was the first i have ever heard from you), Theben and Persia. You see, i'm a s*cker for the oriental ones 😄 They are unique for me. Again, such an interesting story. Ahquen sounds almost like a name for me. A really beautiful one. Like this castle. Imagine you would find it somewhere. I think, i would stay for a while. Which feels more connected to me, with this unbelievable melody you created. Thank you for sharing your music with us ❤😊
A week definitely flies by waaaaay too fast. Barely enough time for each video, haha. Thank you, for all your support, Mystic! Glad you like the oriental ones. I might have some more coming... 🌿🪈
And still i imagine a Templar Knight full of desert dust at the steps of the temple..he is alone with is black horse...he needs water for him and his horse....thank you for this great music!!!!

The image looks something like a cross between the Tajma Hall and Petra.

Thanks, Amy! Glad you liked this one! 🌿🙏🏻
@FantasyMeditations Thank you!
❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏❤️
Banger 👌🏽
Thanks, Gabor! 🌿
I pronounced it Aquen at first, was confused by the desert scene. 😂 Beautifully done music. Big fan.
Haha, that would have been a very different vibe. Perhaps in another video 😂 Thanks for the support, Allen, I really appreciate it! 🙏🏻
It's more soothing than other "oriental" and i like it too :D
Will you do something with more "Drums" someday ? ^^
This one was definitely a little more ambient! Maybe I'll bring the drums back for a Golfslinger or Sylvae Tenebris piece? 😊🪘
