Polarity of mind is nothing but our reaction to outer forces or influence. It's not the outer influence which creates polarity of judgement in us. It's our reaction towards any outside action which results in polarity.
In nutshell we can say that every thing ( happiness, sorrow, misery, anger, blissfulness, joy, despondency) comes from inside. We react to an abuse only when we make a meaning of it. If we don't understand it's meaning, we don't react. Thus every thing is cooking inside.
Deepti madam has added some more information with her discourse. For quite some time I have been trying to meditate without any fruitfulness. Discourses by revered Sadhguru Ji, Sri Patri ji, the great Osho on TH-cam are inspiring enough for mediation.
