My SSDI physician actually watched me I was in a lot of pain. He askes the questions I was honest with him, and as i was getting up to leacve it was pain ful getting out of my chair ive had 23 surgeries in the past 20 years. Osteoarthritis has just eating me alive. 2 knee replacements, 7 hand surgeries 11 knee surgeries. So as i was finally up out of my chair I realized he was acturally watching me. Then he acturally told me that this was probably my last requirement for SSDI. That it usually takes 10 days to write the report, but that he would have it sooner, and he was very nice. He told me to take care.

There are some (not all) doctors, psychologists, etc who are insurance doctors that get paid by insurance companies to deny claims. These are not the cream of the crop and SSA doesn't pay very much so they are incentivized to cut corners and do as many exams as they can. The doc I went to in 2020 lied in his report and says the same thing about most of the patients he sees. My prior denial is coming up on appeal and my Attorneys have already said there are many errors of law in the decision. It was reported recently that more cases were either overturned on appeal or remanded back for another hearing than any other year on record. Congress needs to make major reforms but they are too busy padding the pockets of foreign leaders and getting kickbacks than they are in working together to better the lives of the American people. Dr Foster, you seemlike one of the very few doctors that did these exams and tried to reflect accurately on the claimants limitations. I wish more were like that Dr Foster

Hello Doctor Thank you for the video. I agree that people should show up to the exam early and not get lost. When you learn of the date of the exam, it usually is several weeks away.
That's plenty of time to do a test run or two to practice finding the place.

'IF" the doctors who social security administration send the patients to does not work for social security administration, then why doesn't social security administration allow the patient to choose their own licensed doctor to do their examination to help determine their disability. Why does social security "forces" the patients to see "their own" (social security admin) doctors & not doctors that the patients chooses? Is it b/c these doctors that social security administration send people to, in fact, does "work" for them on some level? If these doctors deny so many people, they may receive a "kickback" of some sort from the government???

Different doctors interpret things differently. For example, I do have RA and unrelated back pain. I have some degree of pain everyday. My RA specialist saw nothing abnormal in my X-rays however my chiropractor did and explained to me in detail what was causing my pain. I have a regime that keeps me upright and moving even though I continue to have pain. Also before i was diagnosed with RA my regular physician seemed to ignore the obvious. I chose to go to a specialist and doing well now. Before treatment my hands were useless with pain and stiffness. I also had carpal tunnel surgery by another doctor that actually causes me other problems now. Should have never had the surgery.

@@DisabilityExams seriously. I was 45 minutes early at least and had to circle where this office for the exam and drove around for at least 5 passes airport and all as the address was non existent and not marked anywhere. The sign was of a chiropractors name and address that didn't match what the SSA had sent in the paper work. I finally pulled into that offices lot thinking I am going to have to walk the strip mall behind it and noticed on the door that was a regular 8 x 11" and it had her name on it and a different address than that of the sign???? No way anybody would or could normally find it if they had to. It was a small lot and no room to park so I had to wiggle out and park down at the closest lot over and walk through the mud and such, still better than 15 early and let them know I was there and I believe the staff was family all apparently from the meddle east and said she was busy with somebody else so I told them I was going back to my ride to get something to drink and the dude came running out and told me she could see me now early and so I went name and when we went to the exam room and there was like 3 chiropractor tables in the room and she sat all the way at the other side of the room for an exam and evidently it was a touch subject to question this specialist and I had no attitude whatsoever and she quickly spit out a bunch of googly gah and let me know real quick that she had no care for my health or any understanding of people. That's a small glimpse of how this almost entire process has been. It's like the case manager from the SSA calling me at 730 or later one evening to inquire about my address and I stated it just as it had been written with a P O box and he kept asking what my physical address is and I explained to him that I didn't have one as I was now living out of my SUV and he kept asking und getting louder until screaming the question as I had to tell him that I didn't know what to say other than 4runnet and zip and he hung up. The PHD expert was the only pro outta all the SSA and was very thorough in his exam at the final place they had me go to and I still haven't received any expense checks from SSA upon which I really needed and call who the district manager had told me to and that this admun associate was the bomb and was always prompt .... I musta called a dozen times with messages and paperwork confirmations and still haven't received any reimbursement from what has been a era in my life I could write a novel big as war and peace easily and the consperiacy against me cell has been.
