Был дождь примерно 2 часа сильный,это вчера-видимо пару мест,где вода не уходит быстро-скопление.Дождь к 9 вечера прошел сегодня солнце,жарко -25 градусов.можно на море сходить позагарать, наверное,что и сделаю.
Понятно что все напуганы трагедией в Валенсии.Но здесь этого нет-не надо паники.Живу в Бенидорме

Benidorm is right at the coast and there are no flat terrain. Flood with standing water is impossible only street rivers.

The underpass in Altea is closed during normal rain fall Why would anybody use it in heavy rain ? Its the lowest point innthat area so the rain naturally flows towards it

Причина одна - океан не справляется с утилизацией парниковых газов. Следующее фазовое состояние планеты - эффект Венеры - когда будет температурный скачок до 60...70 градусов.
