EoF was by far my favorite expansion. Miss those days. EQ2 was still fairly popular then.

Absolutely! The servers are actually super active currently. Maybe not the same as those days, but it's not hard to find a guild and friends to play with.

Same. I started on release and EoF was really the best memories I have with my guild at that time. I’ve sort of been chasing those feelings ever since and have never found the magic once again. All these years later I’ve returned despite not having played since quitting in DoV

@@kami-oshi.kronii Almost the exact same story as me. We returned for the subsequent 3 expansions after EoF but finally stopped playing. It'll never be the same. We've enjoyed other MMO since, but the nostalgia of EoF... hard to beat.

Move Hunters to the new slot!! There's some really nice old weapons on Varsoon, but we have to equip the copy/paste Hunters.

Is Varsoon/Zarakon still worth getting into for newer players? Kind of missed the boat on this one

It definitely is - the current expansion is a echoes of faydwer - content for all levels!

The one that catches my eye the most is the DirectX 11 upgrade. Hopefully this also means upgraded visuals for 2023 👍🏻
