My plant goes in dormant stage in winter and all leaves fall off, I want to know how long does it take to fruit I have a dorph variety. Also please give more option of growing fertilizer. Thank you

Sir, i got a fig plant about 2 weeks ago. Potted as per instruction in a well drained soil in a big one pot. Now I'm noticing the leaves are having brown spots and slightly curling. The only reason i can think is insufficient direct sunlight bcoz of winter the direct sunlight in the balcony is limited to 3 hrs only but I'm certain this increses to double in summer. Please guide how to protect the plant for the next 3-4 weeks after which the temp and sunlight will get sufficient
