একেবারে অন্য ধারার আজকের ব্লগ,শুধুমাত্র "parsi community" র রেস্টুরেন্ট বা খাবার নিয়ে কেউ ব্লগ করেছে বলে মনে হয় না। নাহুম্ না হয় সবাই জানে কিন্তু"mancherji's"সম্পর্কে অনেকেই হয়তো জানে না। আপনার দৌলতে আমরা অনেক লুকিয়ে /হারিয়ে যাওয়া ঐতিহ্যশালী দোকান সম্বন্ধে জানতে পারছি,এত কষ্ট করে আমাদের জন্য এত ভালো ভালো ব্লগ উপহার দেওয়ার জন্য অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ।
To be honest, even if this video doesn't get enough reach due to not so popular places, I think you will get love and affection from the right audience who value the emotions and nostalgia that is entangled with these uniquely existing places in Kolkata! Christmas time chilo and it was crazy crowded :) ... Am married to a parsi gentleman , we live in Canada. I make a lot of parsi food at home. Amader Barite akhono Kolkatta theke dhansak masala ashe :) its a monthly ritual that at least one Sunday of a month there will be dhansak lunch at our place :) loved how you described every dish ... keep up your good work ... stay blessed :)
