- NFS 2015. The official Need for Speed reboot from the Ghost Games era. Need for Speed 2015 was originally received with mixed opinions & feedback from both review critics and fans of the franchise. Most people either loved the game or completely hated it. Me personally, I never had the chance to play this Need for Speed upon release until years later.. One of the most loved aspects about this installment in the NFS franchise was the return of car customization! Not only that, but it was the most authentic car customization in any car game ever.. at the time. What is your opinion on NFS 2015? Love it, Hate it? Let me know in the comments!

Correction; the UNITE team made it tons of fixes that is *MILLIONS* times better than it was released. Because let's face it; it was even undrivable than the buggy-ahh fest of Undercover; specially when it comes to Online plug dependecy...

I've been regularly playing both Heat and NFS2015, because of the Unite Mod, I love these two games alot

12:02 I hate when game physics does that, still happens in Unbound too and mostly fucks up all of the race or happens right at the end even with grip builds because i dont like to drift every corner. But one thing I can say, 2015 still looks soooo good, need to replay it now as I completed it when I had gtx 960, now i have rtx 2070 so it will look so good and be so smooth. Keep up the vids!

P.S. For people who are not that much into the specifics of cars, the RX-7 has a wankel rotary engine.. no camshafts or anything of the sort and the devs put that as upgradable items 💀

Yeah correct, Rotary engines are quite different. I think they still do it in Heat and Unbound but I'm not quite sure
Yea, I wasn't really paying attention so I had to rewind it, but the rx7 is a rotary so It doesn't have a cam. I can't help much on the specifics of the block, but I don't think yoy can sleeve one lol
This was the best need for speed game in my opinion I have spent most time on this game then any other modern nfs and I have alot of memories with it, the handling was bad but the graphics, the soundtrack and the fun multiplayer made up for it, the story was cheesy but it was the first time we had a nfs game with proper story in after 8 years since undercover so that was something.

The only thing I hated about this game was the handling and it was really impossible to keep myself back on track when your in a race and you drift corners and try going back straight the car just messes up
I have more than 500 hours in 2015 and I was top 13 in the speedlist, the control of cars never bothered me, you just need to tune each one for yourself, but people are very lazy, so putting all the settings to the maximum in drift complained about handling
although maybe you just really don’t know how to adjust the roll of the car through the suspension stiffness and differential, the game makes you think about it, I don’t know how much it was necessary, but this difference still distinguishes 2015 from other nfs, and i want to return to it
Gotta tune your cars had a similar experience in payback with the off road cars

honestly nobody likes the handling but i came from drifting on gran turismo and this game honestly i remember feeling the most realistic and consistent, heat just pisses me off with how heavy the cars feel when they drift, and you have to work so hard to transition into another drift god damn, this game definitely has the best physics

Yeah some people couldn't be bothered to fine tune their own cars. I managed to make a Subaru BRZ that mimicks the drifting feel of NFS Rivals which is the game I always play

Honestly I think it could be a really enjoyable game if there wasn't that always online feature. The handling is OK if you know how to handle it.

This game is like Driveclub of NFS Games, it came out in 2015 but god look at those visual, detail, weather effect, and overall graphically it looks like it was released yesterday
The big problem in this game is the MMO LIKE ALWAYS ONLINE POLICY that whatever reason its useless tbh, for physics, handling, etc tbh i have no problem even i like the physics in this game more then the later game in the series
