Great tips and pointers on buoyancy Jeff! Always encourage our students to start working with us on buoyancy from day one ni the pool and throughout the entire diving career. Hope to see the iBubble back up and running for you!

Thank you! We're hoping to have the iBubble back up soon as well, they're a good company and have been responsive.

Unfortunately I’m seeing more and more divers being certified without the minimum bouncy and trim training. Great video!

Thanks for watching. Glad you enjoyed the video. I agree. We've seen some divers pushed through open water quickly to get certified. As a result they haven't really mastered buoyancy control.
Hopefully this video will help raise awareness on why good buoyancy control is so important.

Missed you guys yesterday with my usualSaturday morning, breakfast and your new video 😂
Great video and love the kayak diving. Know those days when cameras decide they do not want to play 😂
Really sad to see the barrel coral, agree it must be diver descending and poor buoyancy control.

Thanks! The diving this week didn't go as planned, so we missed our normal Saturday release. 😊 It is sad to see damage to the reef that is done by divers, but hopfully by raising awarness and making a few suggestions we can help prevent some of these issues.

Definitely a learned skill. I unintentionally damaged some stag coral with my tank in a tight swim through. Sucked. 😞

Hey Triton! I loved your video and I was wondering what is your GoPro camera setup to record your Guardian FFMask audio? By the way, you're very brave to go dive alone with a kayak hahaha

Thank you! I think we'll do a video on how we record the audio with the FFM, but in short our Guardian FFM is connected to an OTS SSB 2010 which has a Y-spliter cable to another OTS housing that contains a Sony voice recorder. Then in post-production we sync the audio track with the video.

This week we found some extra time and made that video on our setup to record the audio. It includes both the GoPro setup and the OTS SSB 2010 setup. You can check out the video here: th-cam.com/video/8F60KoNtmyI/w-d-xo.html

Haha I feel for you on a wasted day/dive. It sucks. And damn I need a full face mask!

Yep, some days just don't seem to work out. Nonetheless, it was a great day on the water.
