Again another recipe another taste, this is the one of my favorite food. I hope hindi ako tumaba ng tumaba sa kakakain, pagmasarap ang luto napapadami ang kain ko.

My mom is a Filipina (my dad's American). This is how my mom talked with her friends. There is enough English words sprinkled in there to understand. And if you have a question, the directions on his website are in English. Well done! I've never had this!
I tried it!yum.. I also tried even other panlasang pinoy recipes & talagang nagustuhan ng family ko. keep on posting some other recipes 'coz it really helps a lot sa mga mommy like me.!:)
it would be great if you put subtitles so your not only catering it to us Filipino, but also to promote Filipino cuisines to other you-tubers in other country, who wants to have a taste with our delicious delicacy.. thanks
i do it totally different. I usually use chuck or some meat that can be tenderized in a brew. i use equal parts water, vinegar and soy sauce. while that is simmering i cut up ginger (i dont bother peeling it) and onions and put it into the pot with a tbs of pepper. then i cut up the meat and put it in. the meat basically boils in the stew. i cook it for an hour on medium. and usually i eat it the next day after heating it up again. its the best!
From watching and trying many of your delicious recipes, I've discovered that adding lemon or lime juice to meat dishes is so good. I never cooked meat with citrus and it adds so much amazing flavor. Even if I cook just a basic steak I now always top it off with a squeeze of fresh lemon. It's very good.
Sir very impressive recipies... I have tried some of them and it tastes so good.. thanks... One suggestion... for sanitary disclosure, since you are presenting this on the web, can you always make a disclaimer that "SA BAWAT PAG PREPARE NG LUTO, MAKE SURE THAT YOUR HANDS ARE VERY CLEAN.".. just to avoid side comments sa mga ibang tagapagtangkilik.... Im an avid fan of your site.... Peter
@mooooody03 actually yan ang pagasasalita ng may pinag-aralan.. hindi gaya mo.. anyway, i just made my first bistek and i followed your recipe! great job and thanks sa napaka-informative na recipes.. keep it up! :D
Thank you for the tips. I tried this many times and its so delicious 😋. However, I added boiled broccoli and mushroom to put together with onions (last part) and while marinating I added home made wine. Super sarap at nagustuhan ng husband and in-laws ko.Salamat ulit 😊😁
I'm sure you have lots of compliments already.. but I just had to............. Thank you for sharing! What makes you unique is your way of teaching us by clearly stating each step! It really helps dummies like me.. I can't cook at all, but by watching you make things look easy, I feel confident I can finally try to cook. ;p T HANK YOU!

the citrus takes the smells of the meat . Even when i cook chicken I always rub salt and lemon to it to get rid of the funny smell
