Sir some siddhas even after attaining the state of god they still worshipped their ubasana devata ie bogar worshipping murugan thirumoolar worshipping ambal.why they still do it?
Many siddhas teach many ways of upasana and they gave methods in their books as well as they gave how to go to ultimate level in spiritual sadhana which I spoke in this video the siddhas who gave upasana they gave astanga yoga methods too but people who took upasana marga they only follow mantras siddhas doesn't teach that way
Sir when I was fourteen i went to a wrong guru and he gave me some kinda kundalini deeksha and awakened my kundalini.from that time i suffered from severenhead ache body heat stress.i had to go through a lot to descend my kundalini to mooladhara.now a days i realized bakthi yoga is what suitable for me.so im worshipping and following kaumaram.my doubt is whenever i focus on the image of murugan my kubdalini gets activated and suddenly ascends to agna and im unable to tolerate head ache and body heat combined with stress.so I only chant mantra without visualization of the deity.but while focusing on mantra am unable to get the same focus like i get in dhyana rooba.is there any way i can chant mantra without dhyana sloka?
Yes there are ways without roopa, just chant the mantra without the roopa initial days its tough later on you get confort with that but it's a slow progress way
