I just did butt/thigh length faux locs with cuban twist hair but I did the color Gradient with 1b30, 30, 27, a 27/613 and 613 then I left the ends to dip because I wanted them straight. Didn't come out like I wanted so I blow dried the end and came out close to perfect but I'm thinking what will happen if I dip again. Wondering if I'm going to do a video before I take them out 🤔 but I love it!!

I like this way… I’ve been Watchin soft Loc video. For a few weeks. My only question is when you wrap the soft Loc instead of interlocking it. Is it secure.

Just a thought, why not loop your loc through the crocheted faux loc to avoid that part sticking out? Gonna try this for my bday 😍
It’s probably easier to take out this way. 🤷🏾♀️

I just started searching for videos on a easy way to do this because I’m scared of the takedown process but this is perfect! Idk if I have the patience for 7-8 hours lol I’m no stylist😭
This method is very beginner friendly. And the time depends on how many locs you have and the length of your hair. If you're concerned about time, I would recommend doubling your locs. But you got it girl! lol
I bought some model model straight gorgeous locs and some cuban twist hair. Glad i ran across this video because i want to try something different yet simple. I have medium length locs so the 14 inch ones i have wont be too long. Thank you so much for this video!

I personally wouldn't leave this style in for more than 3-4 weeks. There are ways to permanently extend your natural locs, for example, loc extensions. But I definitely wouldn't recommend this style to be permanent.

Hello, I’ve seen videos where the synthetic hair has gotten stuck in the locs , have you experienced that? I color my locs often and don’t want black patches lol
i want to see your he take down . i’m 5 yrs loc and in my first year stupidly i tried to faux loc over my natural locs and just after a week my hair got messed up and damaged meaning thin the shape was transformed from cylinder yo flat . also the marley hair embedded into my natural hair . after that i never tried anything on my locs , no styles or color lol i learned from that lol. but i’m interested in k owing how you got them out and what your hair looked like after
Dumb question, do these come out easily, meaning you added the crochet her in between rapping the locs, that doesn't make it easy for the loc to come out?

This is a great method! AND to freshen up the look you just need to wrap the kinky twist hair at the base again. I’m gonna try this on vacation, but shorter. Hope it holds up when I swim
Well I have it done. It’s been 6 days. They get stuck on each other. Gonna have to go thru one by one and untangle. I leave for jamaica in 3 days. And don’t have money for another style. ☹️
