And Rachel has a mental disorder so it’s possible it was a hallucination. But at the end we do see blood on the window sill that was actually broken, and the glass shards were on the inside, which suggests it was broken from the outside. Also the knife on the floor has no blood. So, I honestly can’t figure out what really happened.
