The internet is unfortunately full of people like you with nothing better to do with their copious amount of free time, do us all a favor and keep the negativity to yourself.

I had the pleasure of running into Henry on a couple of occasions at local skateparks. Dude was so humble giving me props on landing my shitty ass noseslides haha. Just all around really postive dude with great energy around him. Outstanding to watch in person too. Don't think I've ever seen anyone that had as much control of their kickflips as he did. RIP man
Literally just commented similar thing, met Henry at Frogtown once and it was just us there, he was hyping me up on my tricks while he was shredding
We used to skate the same local park and this is a perfect description of him. He was one of the sickest skaters I have ever seen in person. Some guys I start talking to have acted like they don’t have the time of day to sit and chit chat. Or couldn’t be bothered to take an ear bud out. Henry was different. He was always so friendly with everyone. Every time I went to the park I was hoping to see him ripping. Besides his Kickflip. He used to skate so fast! He liked to hit the hip transfer and sky 10+ feet in the air. It was amazing.
if anyone is going through something rough in life just remember the homies are always there for you. we rather hear you out rather than not at all!

I feel depressed even my family don’t cares about it only I hear „ahh you’re a man just be tough“ or „ahh ok we ain’t got no time to listen to that“
And that’s when I start to think „One day you’ll regret it. That you didn’t listen to me for a minute“
I won’t do anything to me cause I know it’s going up and I came out of all but deep inside I still feel it a little bit

it was sometime during 2020 where santa cruz would post this skate mission vids and henry would be in all of them. I would get so excited every time i saw him in one. Truly a beautiful human on and off the board. 💜
RIP Henry, so sad you are not still spreading your positive energy in this world... It is so necessary. Wherever you are Henry, I hope you found the peace you were looking for. You will be always with us and in our memories ❤
This part made me very emotional, I’ve had my struggles with depression throughout the years and have been lucky to make it out on the other side, if it wasn’t for skating and my family and friends I might not be here, just a reminder to always ask your friends how they’re doing,, you may not think you can make a difference but a good conversation is enough for somebody to realize life is a gift. RIP Henry you are missed

Depression doesn't discriminate. You can be wildly talented, and seemingly have it all and still struggle ferociously with that battle. Neal Casal is another example that comes to mind, one of the top guitar players in the jamband music scene. He was on top of the world, playing with all the best players at all the top festivals and gigs, and he too lost his battle. You just never know what people are dealing with in private. Life is rough, and downright brutal at times, it sucks when people feel there is no light at the end of their tunnel, been there myself and come very close to calling it a day myself on a few occasions. This is why I wish psychedelic therapy was legal, I think it can help people in a way nothing else can. It has helped me. Rest easy Henry, hope your next chapter is peaceful. 🙏

Went to frogtown one day and it was just
Henry there sitting at a picnic table and one or two other kids on scooters. No one else at the park. I started talking with him about skateboarding, his career, Thailand, being blessed, Argentinian food and covid (this was in January 2020). It was a deep convo and he was so gracious and friendly with his time. He even signed a Thasher ad for me! We sessioned the park for an hour, just us, and he was hyping me up while he was shredding. One of my favorite sessions to this day! Was heartbroken the day he passed and still makes me sad knowing he isn't around anymore. Miss his positive energy and seeing him on a board.
