An example demonstrating the process in determining if a set or space is a subspace. W={ [a, a-b, 3b] | a,b are real numbers } Determine if W is a subspace of R3
This topic was so abstract I couldn't understand what was going on behind the scenes. Like I knew how to get the answer but I didnt know what I was doing. No other video explained the concept or the how. Thise videos just literally said "as long as these 3 conditions are it is a subspace". This video clarifies perfectly what it was I needed. I really don't understand why teachers try to overcomplicate everything.
Very useful! Every source I checked, they did not show examples, but explained the theory, which only got me lost. But seeing how to actually test the axioms, that helps! Thanks!
Al Salamu 'alaykom wa rahmatu Allah wa barakatuh , may Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala bless my muslimin brothers and sisters and make this knowledge beneficial for your dunya and akhira ameen ya Rabbi
@Lazy engineer, I want to ask, can W still be a subspace of R, if one or two of the three conditions does satisfy the solution? Pls I need ur reply ASAP. thanks
Spent like an hour watching other videos and reading the textbook. You actually explained it with logic I could understand, thanks so much
I was lost but now I'm found. Thank you so much
And either
Dude you are the FIRST person to explain ANYTHING about subspace. Thank you, this was so much help. Every other Subspace video out there is FUCKED.

Much clearer than the other vids I found, tysm
you are the only person to ACTUALLY explain the logic behind the rules. You're perfect and sent from God.

Thanks man! I got a final exam coming up and no videos/tutorials helped me. Your explanation was very concise and clear, thanks!
I've been struggling with this and with one video, I feel I understand it so much better
Wow, this was such a clear and quick video!!!
So clear and understandable ! I spent an hour on other videos trying to comprehend it haha. Thank you very much !!!!

Just saved my ass. I had a quiz I was losing my mind trying to prepare for. You did this so concisely and clearly. Thank you!
Thanks! Why does everyone else fail to explain it so clearly? :) Great job helping me - and many others.
may god bless you eternally my friend
Thank you for this!
Thank you you saved me from those complicated abstraction
I agree with all the other comments. First I found that got me to understand and it did it really well
Wow! Is the easiest way which I found in youtube. Thanks you a lot!
thank you for making this video
you saved me a lot of hours thank you very much
Amazing explanation thanks a lot
in 2:13, should be the subspace of Row(A) = R(subscript)4?
You explained it very nicely. Thanks a lot sir . #staysafe
Good day sir, can I ask if it is ok to add different vector in step two which in closed under addition?
thanks a lot this really helped
Very helpful, thank you very much.
THANK YA THAT WAS A VERY CREATIVE MATRIX PPPFFFTTT
GOD bless you, you are good Teacher
Thank you so muchhhhh
Thanks Brooo saved my life ...
Thomas Van rooyen Good luck, my man!
What if two rows have the same element still it spans ????
Hero
thanks alottttttttttttt
what about for C being irrational? e.g. Pi or does C have to be real. thanks
An irrational number is a real number.
veryy helpful thankk you
shouldn't col(A) be R^4 and row(A) be R^4? at 2:12

Can you reword your question?
0:40 "Let's get a little creative here"
Do you know anything about a emissary here ?
Whats the software that you use?
yolok1ng it’s called SmoothDraw
Thanks alot bro
No prob. Good luck!
@@TheLazyEngineer again thanks for the fervent response.
thankssssssssssssssssssssssss
+1 to the comment below mine
you sound like chris patt :D
I look like him too apparently.
i love you are u single
Great explanation,
However,
I did the same test for scalar multipliction, but your test is not enough
I did It for (x^2, -x^2,0) where x€R
Thanks
