Because Shanann was MESS when she srioooed her off so she checked up on her and when she didn’t make her dr appt, something SHE would never do, NA knew something was wrong. Then it got worse because she went to the home and saw SW’s fav shoes by the door but no one answering. It wasn’t intuition, it was a series of very odd and unlikely circumstances.
She knew right from the start exactly what had happened...what a great friend she was.

There's FAR more evidence than that. Google Nicole Kessinger Discovery. There was so much incriminating Evidence pointing to a Detective in the case sending and receiving inappropriate messages. They literally had to redact parts of the Discovery between releases, because her phone records and GPS really incriminated her. They kept getting asked why she wasn't being investigated and that's when they started deleting stuff from the Discovery. People noticed A LOT of pages were missing.
She should have been arrested and charged with tampering with evidence, impeding a police investigation, and false statements to a police officer!!!
Not only that - she missed work the morning of the murders & her phone pinged near his home that morning too. That had only ever happened when she went to his home (proven thru her cell history). She has no alibi to where she was & she left early that day & repeatedly was telling Chris she was so worried and shiz.
Also a neighbor reported seeing a truck that was exactly like hers that morning when Shannan and the girls were murdered. There is video of that - the cops asking the neighbor about it.
There is SO MUCH evidence they chose to ignore. It’s so messed up.

There is NO WAY Nicole didn’t know of Shannan’s Facebook, and didn’t know she was pregnant. Any woman in that position would have looked it up and tracked what his wife, ( and what she thought) soon to be ex was doing. I don’t believe anything she says.
The discovery showed she was stalking Shannan on fb and googled her many many times for over a year! Yet they both lied and said they had only met May/June 2018.
CBI Agent Tammy Lee confirmed that Nichol Kessinger was in fact looking at Shananns FB page, a Lot!

People like him will *always* blame someone else to save face. Even with Shannan, he initially accused her of smothering the girls and said that he “snapped” and did the same to her out of rage. That was his way of making Shannan the monster and him the grieving, protective father. In a way, it’s like he wants to be seen as a victim. He’s a coward and a sorry excuse for a man.
No one that I know of cares about Cris , but I don’t understand why women on the outside write these murders and even visit or marry these people, I just wish I knew what is going on in their minds, I’m women and I’ve never even thought about writing anyone in prison , and a murderer , what are these other women thinking , ?

Her phone pinged in Frederick Colorado on the morning on the murders and that is only one piece of lots of evidence that points to her also being involved. She was definitely involved in the planning and was quite possibly present when the murders happened.

They didn't give him the chair because he took a plea deal to confess to murdering his kids. Otherwise prosecutors would have pursued the death penalty.

Many people including me have been frustrated and have felt for a long time that Nicole should be charged due to her incriminating behavior and obstructing the investigation. And that’s a minimum of the charges she should face. If she had knowledge that the murders would happen before they happened or assisted in any way, she needs to be charged for that!
That's not how the law works. Deleting text messages isn't illegal. Its suspicious but not a reason to be charged with anything. She's allowed to do what she wants with her own property. If the police want that info they go to the cell phone company
