即使依家參考H&C嘅processing time係大約是20個月，要留意每一段時間入紙申請都會有唔同嘅批核時間，等長咗時間就預咗，但唔覺會咁籠統話而家入紙申請就要等四年八年。(其實HK pathway 條隊不嬲都under H&C)
