    Reinforcement is as real as phlogiston. Skinner was a pseudo scientist , a throwback to the Dark Ages.

    There was Gestalt Psychology, but it didn’t seem to be very significant then.

    If you read the story of how Skinner became a behaviorist it seems more like a religious conversion than a rational choice.

    Watson and Skinner, naively thought they were aping physics. They stupidly thought that physics was based on observation. All knowledge depends on hypothesis and testing.
