You can talk to them, ask for options and they'll give you options other than move out. Car loans are less negotiable but homes the door is open for alternative payments, terms, etc. Just talk to them. When people lose a home due to bad behavior or habits they deserve to lose the home. When good people who work get behind for legitimate reasons they'll work with you. Just saying...

But they want my past do months. I'm scare. I don't have a place to go with my son. He needs A.C 24/7
