They should really not allow a FQ as soon as you enter the game. There is only one of a few reasons to FQ at that point. Either you dont want to play the person you are facing, you dont want to face their SP, or dont want to face their lineup. All non excuses. Make it available after 3 inn and only if tied or the guy that is winning can send it.

Or you realize that you loaded into ranked with your program squad, and don't have your main, and have to face a full 99 team. Yes, they should have the FQ in the beginning. Reason why? Because you as the opponent can decline it.
