Plz explain difference between natural tolerance limit and specification limit and control limit

Dear Samar, Thanks for your query. Specification limit is voice of the customer and is given by them. Example: 5+\- 0.2.
Control limit is voice of the process. It is calculated by organisation to Monitor the process (Upper and lower control limit). Example: 5.0 +\-3 sigma
As per SPC manual, no natural limit is given . But in statistic, natural limit and control limits are same.

Hi sir, I have a question. Are the specification limits always expressed in the project goal of the project charter? For instance, if the goal is reducing the waste of 1%, is it correct to consider this 1% less as a tolerance limit?

Thanks for your query. In statistical studies, control limits are calculated ( UCL and LCL) based on the real data and it reflects the voice of the process. While specification limit is voice of the customer.
