Hey dude, a few suggestions, work more on your econ management and leveling. When you leveled to 7 you should have scouted first to see if it was necessary to level that round, it was an off tempo level( you got 2 exp overflow ) and then you even rolled to 0 for no reason and griefed your econ. You were lucky you were win streaking and managed to get it back up. Another example was on level 8. Besides leveling to 8 to just play a random Cait which gave your board no real benefit, at 14:00, you could've sold vlad, urgot( no way of 3 starring him on lv 8 and also no reason) and the dariuses to make 20 gold. This is WAY more important than people think. Be mindful of how, when and why you spend your gold and you'll climb no problem. Good Luck !
