The idea of donating 10 dollars for each person you've invited instead of giving them a favor is amazing. I wonder if people would find it weird or if they'd like it though.
This is a great idea! One wedding I shot years ago instead of giving away party favors the couple donated $50 per person to this humane society that helped animals. The guests LOVED IT! The couple also had a donation box there and said - instead of clinking the glasses for a kiss, if people donated $5, then they would kiss. Even though I was just working the event I felt the idea very moving and donated some money myself
I'm thinking of making my favours individual packets of liquid IV and a couple of aspirin per person. It's a destination wedding so I don't want anyone to feel like they have to figure out how to pack a delicate little gift in their carryon.
Think about maybe a donation gift in the name of each guest. Your favorite charity? For our wedding (and for all our birthdays) my wife and I asked people instead of cards or cash, to donate to our favorite humane society. Our guests loved the idea.
I know I am super late to the party, but basically it's a foam padding holder that holds a drink to keep it from warming up too fast. Very popular in rural weddings

This is a fantastic idea! Weddings can seriously take it out of you by the end of the night. This would be a welcome gift !
Lol so pretty much anything edible (candies, cookies) will be a hit and anything else .. may just get left behind 😂
What about for a destination wedding?
