Same! I flew RC heli's from age 16-19 and getting back into it as a 33 year old is amazing, I can't believe how much these flybarless heli's have advanced.
Thank you for another great review. I have been watching you for years. I am working on another project but when that’s done I’m going to get both from you.
When my M2,runs out of gas or electric lol ,it falls right out of the sky like the snap of a finger..m1 will kinda let me know before it does .4:00 minutes timers on a 65 percent head speed ,is pretty safe right?
Its perfect for outdoor and indoor, the wind will effect it yes but if you can counter the wind it does just fine. And they are suitable for all styles of flying for sure.
Well to be fair every crash is going to be totally different. But if you manage your throttle hold appropriately then yes the Heli can take some really hard crashes.
You basically bind the Heli, setup flat throttle curves to your liking and that's all there is to it. Also if you want to use self stable mode you have to assign that to Gain channel
Lol probably not something that's gonna be any time soon buddy. So many projects going on and so little time to get them ll done. I would reach out the RJX they may offer custom blades but I am not sure if they offer that size.
@@33forsaken Neither are good indoors. I was just amused at your comment in the video "nothing to worry about" inside your house... I get the enthusiasm - they are great helicopters for experienced pilots. However, for a beginner, it's a terrible idea to fly these inside the house. Get a Nano S2 for that. And yes, you could get "softer blades" or tone down the head speed - but that's like driving a Ferrari at 25 mph... it's not meant to fly that way.
I just got an m1 as my first new helicopter since like 2010. And it really is a paradigm shift from the old flybar systems. I love it

@@33forsaken sound good
@@33forsaken what colors do you have in stock? How much ?
I just ordered both, same color as yours, based on your video. Thanks for all the information you share !!
You will love them :)
How about now? Do you like both ?
I use them for sport flying as I'm not a 3d pilot. But for my purpose they're great. I fly the little one at home and the bigger one at the field.
@@barthutchison4207 oh, thanks, I will receive m1 soon. Which transmitter you are using?
Radiomaster tx16s with futaba receiver that buddyrc sells
I want them in a bad way thanks for the review bro allways appreciate it!
Any time!

Which one should you get... first?
This
m1 i would guess
Would the M2 be a good first RC heli? I've put a good amount of time already on my Real Flight Simulator.
It was my first RC heli ever. 👌👌
@@lachlangreen8389 How's that working out?
Yes it would be an amazing first Heli for anybody
Great choice !
Amazing Freddy could you please tell me blades sizes for both ? I believe they below 200mm?
I will have to pull up the manuals PDF and verify but I think you are correct.
Hello ... isn't the M1 to light to fly outdoor ? ... resistance to wind ? ... are they suitable for gentle flying ?
I fly my k110 with 1S and 60g outdoor. No problem
Its perfect for outdoor and indoor, the wind will effect it yes but if you can counter the wind it does just fine. And they are suitable for all styles of flying for sure.
How crash resistent is the M1 micro? Can you just pick it up after a crash and fly again like the K110?
Well to be fair every crash is going to be totally different. But if you manage your throttle hold appropriately then yes the Heli can take some really hard crashes.
What I need to do if I want to make this with my spektrum transmitter DX7...give me the whole setup instructions please if you don’t mind

Now you can get your M7 as you said in the video 😀
It looks like the M2 has a different tail boom ??? its not round like the 1st one that came out???
2nd gen M2 has aluminum tail same as M1
Correct it has the tear drop shaped boom and so does the M1
Thank you for helping :)
I have both 😜🥰
Thats the way to go !
I hope they come out with a 500
That would be amazing !
I think I'll be getting an M2 to replace my Fusion 180 which flies like mild poop
Get it done even think twice.
Is the M1 not carbon? I see the carbon on the m2 but I don’t see it on the m1.
Yea the M1 being much smaller is a plastic body.
@@33forsaken oh okay. I thought they were the same
Now Marcin want one too ;)
Can I fly this with Vcontrol?
What are the chances of getting something like this to Tasmania Australia?
Its possible but can be very costly on the customs charges.
@@33forsaken any idea what we would be looking? I’m interested in something like it
10/10 cutest little helis I have seen. =^/,..,^=
Right !!!
I prefer the m1
I love to have both because I am to picky lol
I was hoping to see under the hood man
You can check out my M1 and or M2 out of the box review for that info :)
Ok cheers!
Iv noticed the M1 battery isn’t as long as the M2 battery life ? (With normal mode flying and stock batteries) anyone else notice this?
With the same setup I get the same flight time on the M1 and M2 but I also fly and setup a little different
There's a 2 fold size difference...dang man 🤷♂️
I may get the M1, no way both
The short answer: BOTH
These are cute, that M2 looks like a great machine, wish these little helis had a driven tail instead of motors though...
Wouldn't make much difference, motors are fine for the micro size RC heli.
ETRMs have come a LONG way. They can be quite awesome now.
The Driven tails would only complicate and honestly take aways of how amazing these can fly. Those are better suited for the larger sized helis.
I bought the M2 then I bought the M1
I say why not have both lol
Which do you like better? I have the M1 evo and am wondering if its worth it to also buy the m2 evo.
@@wilsgrant I've barely flown since buying. The m2 is bigger. Bigger is better
Good comparison for size purposes and what's up with the down votes smh
Thank you :)
anyone know if it is available somewhere in canada?
I have sent a few to Canada but they slam you with heavy customs charges !
Rotorquest
These are sooo expensive
Come on man. Where are the tiny logo blades?
Lol probably not something that's gonna be any time soon buddy. So many projects going on and so little time to get them ll done. I would reach out the RJX they may offer custom blades but I am not sure if they offer that size.
Well not a lot of info hear
M1 inside your house - nothing to worry about? Lol. That thing will destroy anything it touches given how fast the head speed is.
As stated yes it can still cause damage, its just the more ideal out of the two for indoor or close spaces. They make softer blades as well if needed.

M2 handle wind better
Now if he stopped smacking his lips video would be great
The ladies love it lol
