Why have they slowed all the tunes down?

I'd love to hear Mayer's lead vocals on this, with Jeff and O. C"mon, Bobby. Great song, difficult vocals.

@Liam Hanrahan Meh, I thought Bob's vocals were slightly better, directly after his surgery, when D&c first began tours. I also, think Bob's vocals aren't as strained when he does Wolf Brother material. Lockn 2019, Bob was horrible. He truly is every Weir, but shouldn't be. I believe there is a manner in which to decide on who does which songs, to cater to the individual's abilities. vocally or instrumentally. Besides, the weakened vocals and same ten song choices, this band lacks energy, passion and excitement. There are a few powerful moments, but not nearly as much as they once had. Then, people bring up the fact that "they are old", Tony Bennett is 93 yrs old, and still as a strong singing voice, Mick Jagger, Neil Young, Carlos Santana, Bob Dylan, Tina Turner, Clapton all still are excellent performers, regardless of genres, or how little/much they perform. Bill and Mickey are older than Bob and they have the ability to rock the house. There is no torch to pass, that went out when Jerry did. People dislike the comparisons, although it's difficult at times, when mostly we were conditioned to a specific way. I don't compare anyone to Jerry. Garcia was a unique musical magician, artist, and kind caring soul , who embodied a special originality. Becoming a tribute/cover band is noble, but D&c. doesn't have the heart, this band is for the cash, not for the fans or the expertise in the craft. Garcia overcame many difficult perdicuments, and he remained to come out just talented , even up to his last live performance. It was evident anyone could feel Garcia's passions in his voice and through his nine amazing fingers. Let's be realistic, D&c. attracts us for the scene of the community. That bond is undeniable, strong and will live on as a subculture of pure individuality, tolerance and unity hidden deep within a world of famish, desperation, despair, and darkness. Dead Heads bring the love and Light. ~ Forever Grateful~
