Good to see you again Princes.. Thanks for the info about the experience at the grocery shop... I am working, and hoping to visit Ethiopia sometime next year but just to tour and to check a few business projects I am working on in Ethiopia and hopefully Eritrea. I am still working out the details of what is possible.. Again, thank you so much. I have learnt so much from you and another vlogger there by the name Feti's_vlogs. The two of you ladies are simply good at what you are doing... (from Johannesburg)
@dochere-bolelwang if you need any consultation and support in investing in Ethiopia, you have mine and my team full support, we are a venture studio company that helps different business ideas to be established in Ethiopia
Koyyee feche and whole the Sheggar city is looking good and has a great potential to be honest, and in 2030 the regional government's plan is Sheggar becoming the biggest city in the country.
Sister I’ve been their a couple times and travelled throughout the country certain areas, just would like peace in the country that is truly Christian, as king menelik said to the Italians, how can you come to christianize a Christian country?…. I know where I would love to be and it’s Ethiopia no where else. Kenya is a English speaking country due to being colonized by the British and it’s just a few hours drive to be their, and all I want to do is to go to church peacefully, so pray for me and god willing I’ll contact you guys when I’m ready. Moyale Kenya is basically by the border with a big Ethiopian community, just thinking of everything to be there or closer to the land where our god loves to be.Christian Ethiopia ❤ always mama Ethiopia
Very helpful info! My ideal area is somewhere hilly and mountainous near water. I have that exact same picture of the Queen of Sheba saved on my computer, so beautiful! Are your boys fluent in Amharic now? They must speak it everyday in school, I imagine. And you're speaking more Amharic, too, good for you! :)
Your ideal place sounds wonderful! I’m sure there are plenty of options that would fit your desires. The boys are picking up quite a bit of Amharic from school, but the majority of their classes are in English. Thanks for the compliment 🥰
I know the place is very close to Tuludimitu-Addis where i build my house if u got time u should go to see it. is more likely develop. thank you for showin
Hi my sister and family, i really want to live in Ethiopia but hearing about the killings that are still happening there is troubling to me, now really thinking about moving to Kenya as they border each other, your honest opinion is truly needed, do they have already built homes there for sale?
I know that hearing about those things can be really scary. My family and I feel safe in Ethiopia/Addis Ababa. However, if you’re concerned, I would suggest not making the move to Ethiopia. I hear Kenya is another great option, and it’s close enough that you can always visit Ethiopia when you feel the time is right. Hope that helps!
Thank for your informative video a couple of question: 1. How is financing and longer term loan system? 2. You mentioned in one other video that buying land constructing yourself is cheaper. Do you have insights on cost of construction? Imported construction materials, etc. I thought built houses are ao expensive because cost of construction and price of land are expwnsive, is it not the case? Are the builders benefiting like double, triple the cost of construction as you mentioned in different video. 3. Is there any consumer protection/consulting firms. gov or private providing genuine info siding with the buyers? Thank you,
Thank you! 1. Most people finance their personal home with their own personal funds. We haven’t taken a loan in Ethiopia, but we heard that the interest rates are insane. 2. Yes, most pre-constructed homes are way over priced by the seller. You can buy land and build a home cheaper than their asking price because they are trying to make a large profit on their home. So far, we’ve spent around 5-6 million constructing our G+2 house from ground level to roofing and including the cement block walls. 3. Not that I’m aware of.
The current Oromo government is trying to redesign Addis Ababa, there is a big conflict about this plan because it is trying to exclusively benefit the Oromos /apartheid city. But the system will get destroyed once a different government administration takes over. TPLF former government made an ethnic federalism in Ethiopia and the current constitution does not represent true Ethiopia/ racist/discriminatory/violent and the people are fighting to change the status quo. The idea “Addis Ababa is surrounded by “Oromiya” is mal intended by the TPLF that is why Oromos think Sheger/Addis Ababa is for Oromo, but in reality not everyone agreed on that constitution. If you heard, Amhara ethnic groups were being targeted home-to-home in Addis Ababa and taken in camps and most of them were massacred by Abiy Ahmed (Oromo government) regime. In 2020 the Tigray ethnic groups were also put on Campus. I that is why there is a war between Abiy regime and Fano in Amhara region. I don’t understand why people chose to be narrow minded. It’s the 21st century.
I find it fascinating that non Oromos refer to the current leadership as an Oromo government. Every Oromo I personally know consider Abiy a sellout. They think his wife is lowkey running the country. They accuse him of taking out the singer Haacaaluu some years back. They hate him for blocking an election and would prefer that Jawar Mohamed replace him. Reuters reported last month that the government had tried to negotiate a peace deal with the OLA and gave up because their demands were ridiculous. They were able to negotiate with the Tigray region. I trust international human rights organizations. When they say that the OLA destroyed Amhara villages in Oromo regions I believe them because they have no reason to lie. When they say Abiy’s government killed dozens of OLA supporters illegally I believe them because they have no reason to lie. Besides having an Oromo father what wildly pro Oromo(not anti-Amhara because I know that he is engaged in that) policy did he enforce? Based on what I see Abiy is pro Abiy. He stands with those who stand with him and he opposes those who oppose him.
crap, stop talking out of your a$$ no one is believing what you said except FANO terrori$t sympathizer like you who support heinous acts of FANO against innocent civilians in whole corner of the country. secondly, if the Oromos decide to develop their land let them do it, it's their land and their obligation to develop it as they desire.
@@Abdifitah430 I’m saying that the ownership of Shegar/Addis Ababa is in dispute by many. The Oromos believe the land is rightfully theirs. I’m not saying they’re right or wrong, just observing the issues surrounding this new city. In fact, the development of Koye Feche has been paused at this time due to unknown reasons, but I suspect politics.
Flipping land in Ethiopia can be difficult/complicated as you can’t legally just buy an empty lot and resell it empty. You must build something (even a small structure) on it first.
I hope you’re doing well, I just wanted to ask you if you don’t mind. To buy a land around your property how much do you think cost? Big up to you for sharing the info.
why not build south side of Addis abeba. towards sululta.......at least up to 40km .House and land price going up, because everything is on one side of Addis

Instead of printing the Queen of Sheba off the internet, you could have given them your own pic and they wouldn’t know the difference 💫👍
Awww! Thank you ❤️
13:24 can you film a grocery shopping haul to see the store and the prices of food?
I’ve done a couple mini hauls before in previous vlogs. Also, they don’t really allow filming inside of the stores 🤷🏾♀️
@@princesslivingfreecan you link a food haul? Is the video titled food haul?

I hope you’re doing well, I just wanted to ask you if you don’t mind. To buy a land around your property how much do you think cost? Big up to you for sharing the info.
If you’re looking for 200 sq meters the price is around 8 million birr in our area.
Thank you for your quick action!
Thank y so much for great info!
I wanted to ask if there is any special school to get in Addis for autistic children?
Thank you! I don’t know of any school that specializes in this area.

I think Sululta is north of Addis. I don’t know that area well. However, you are right about the prices being higher in the more desirable areas.
Hello beautiful, can you share your area name?
This area is called Koye Feche. It’s not the place where we are building though.
Hi Konjo ❤
Hi!! ❤️
Oh Gosh. The country is in junk status and you're talking about buying land. Let's hear you after 6 months. You sound innocent so may God help you!
I’ve seen a few comments from you. You seem like a troll.
