I got a Pelikan M400 in Tortoise Brown and it’s writing really dry with Robert Oster Caffe Crema. I have Diamine Black Ivy in a Black Matte Pilot VP and it is a dream combo. Finally, Esterbrook Estie Raven with Diamine Twilight was my last addition to the lineup I started with Sailor Imperial Black in with J. Herbin Corail des Tropiques that I am using for my daily pages in my Hobonichi Cousin. I am looking for a transcription project book for 2024 and excited to try the Inkvent inks.

I was thinking of Dangerous Liaisons and using one pen/ink pairing for each letter (the novel is a series of letters between characters if you haven’t ever seen the text). But then, I thought I might enjoy a poetry collection. Can’t decide. ☺️
I really like the green of Vinta Parol in your swatch, but in the writing, I can only see the sheen and shimmer, no green at all (at least on camera). I am doing inkvent this year. Last year was my first inkvent. I draw a picture each morning, suggested by the ink's name. It's a lovely way to start my day, and makes the whole month feel special. Thank you for sharing your currently inked. I hope writing with them brings you joy this month.

You have some of the most unique pens I've seen on the internet. It sounded like you might be interested in selling your On a Whim Woodworks Cool Tone fountain pen because of the step down, and though I'm sure you will have plenty of interest if you are ever wish to sell that stunning pen from your collection, I would definitely be interested If you would like to sell it and don't have another seller in mind. If not, do you know where I might be able to purchase one?

Last years inkvent had so many great colours. I still haven't used Dusted Truffle in a pen yet 😅 I do tend to save shimmer inks for one pen that I can easily pull the nib feed apart to clean it, but maybe I should use them in some of my other pens and bring more sparkles to my day

The shimmer doesn't show as much throughout the writing but at the beginning of writing, it's gorgeous. What a great way to use the inkvent inks!
I love that Dusted Truffle ink with our pen. Makes me want it, but then I realized it's essentially what I custom mixed so I guess I don't need to 😅
