TRUTH UNRAVELLED, KING TACKIE TEIKO TSURU II IS GA MANTSE Ga Mashie for some time has been the centre of chieftency disputes. Reports generally say it's as a result of political influence, monetory or selfish interests. The title as Ga Mantse was declared vacant as a result of the death of Nii Boni Amugi Sorse Il, there have been a battle of the royals as to the nomination, selection, election and installation of Ga Mantse. Nuumo Wor-Lumor Borketey Laweh Tsuru XXXIII, Gborbu Wulomo Shitse, the Traditional Spiritual Head of the Ga-Dangbes, on 24th February, 2018, set up a fact finding and advisory committee led by Justice V.C.R.A.C Crabbe (of blessed memory) to ascertain the customary rites for the nomination, selection, election and installation of a person of Ga Mantse. On 7th September, 2018, Justice Julia Naa-Yarley Sarkodie-Mensah took over the mantle due to the demise of VCRAC Crabbe. This report was ascertained based on oral and documentary evidence provided to the committee by various stakeholders. The findings of the report however answers the three main questions What are the ruling houses for the Ga Mantse 2. Who is the Ga Paramount Stool Dzaasetse 3. Who is the rightful candidate to be Ga Manste According to the oral evidence provided by Rev. Gyasi Ankrah, Nii Yaote Oto-Ga, Nii Akropong, Nii Adzemankese and Professor Alfred Neequaye, it can be established that there are four ruling houses from Akropong and Adzimankese Divisional group; a. Amugi We b. Teiko Tsuru We С. Abola Piam d. Tackie Kome We History has it that, after a Mantse is chosen, the cloth is moved to the other ruling house, signifying that the next Ga Mantse will be hailing from that ruling house. It was ascertained that, after Nii Boni Amugi Sorse I| was enstooled; the cloth was moved to the Teiko Truru We to signify they will be providing the next candidate as Ga Mantse. It is also interesting to note that, Abola Piam, sequentially, were supposed to be the successive ruling house. However, there is a memorandum of understanding to that effect that they will have their turn after the Teiko Tsuru We. The Ga Paramount Stool Dzaasetse is the one mandated to present a qualified candidate for enstoolment as Ga Mantse. According to the report, Nii Tetteh Kwei II, who is the Ga Paramount Stool Dzaasetse, was suspended by Nii Adzemankese Shwilafo and Nii Yaote Oto-Ga was made to 'act' in that capacity. Nii Tetteh Kwei II was later reinstated. The two, however, enstooled different candidates as Ga Mantse. It was ascertained that there was no such title as Oto-Ga in Ga Mashie. Nii Akropong and Nii Adzemankese said the Ga Paramount Stool Dzaasetse is Nii Tetteh Kwei II. The question 'who is Ga Mantse' has been the subject for discussion for many years. After the demise of Nii Boni Amugi Sorse II, many are those who claim to be the Ga Mantse. The Late Dr. Joe Blankson (deseased) who became Nii Tackie Tawiah III, and other candidates like Aryetey Canada (deseased), Okai Kudza, Vandorf (From Abola Piam We), Nii Tackie Oblie II, Nii Adama Latse Il and Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II (from Teiko Tsuru We). The report made it crystal clear and factual that the ruling house to enstool Ga Mantse is Teiko Tsuru We. Therefore, we cast our lenses to the three candidates from Teiko Tsuru We, Nii Tackie Oblie II, Nii Adama Latse II and Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II. Nii Tackie Oblie II was accused of bribery, an amount of GH$15,000.00, to the Osu Mantse, the President of Greater Accra Regional House of Chiefs, Nii Okwei Kinka Dowuona VI. This was captured and reported on the page three (3) of the Weekend Crusading Guide on Friday, 18th May, 2018. It is by this conduct that the report disqualifies this candidate for an unethical and uncustomary act. It was recommended he shouldn't be allowed to enter the Gborbu Koon for the performance of the appropriate chieftaincy rites by Gborbu Wulomo-Shitse. Nii Adama Latse II was also ruled out on lineage issues, authority of enstoolment, Chieftaincy title and destruction of property. George Tackie Abia, also Nii Adama Latse Il, traced his royal blood lineage from an alleged brother of King Tackie Tawiah I called Tackie Ago (A sworn affidavit dated 21/07/2011 filed on 22/27/2011 in Suit No:AP/128/2011, the Republic Vrs George Tackie and 6 others, Ex-parte: King Tackie Tawiah III). It was established that King Tackie Tawiah I never had a sibling called Ago. It was also established that, a brother of King Tackie Tawiah was also never made a Mantse to acquire the stool name Tackie. In his genealogy, Nii Adama Latse Il stated that, Tackie Ago married a woman called Dede, who hailed from the Teiko Tsuru We ruling house. They gave birth to three sons, namely; Nii Ayeh, Nii Adama and Nii Teiko. He further stated that he descended from Nii Adama, who married Mansa and Akuyea. Akuyea begetted his father, Tackie Abia, and he is the 10th born of Tackie Abia. Nuumo Wor-Lumor Borketey Laweh Tsuru XXXIII, Gborbu Wulomo Shitse in an interview disclosed that history remembers the said 'Dede' as a pregnant woman discovered in Anloga during the Anlo War. King Tackie Tawiah I, Gbese Mantse Amaar and Asafoatse Mankattah during the war, met a pregnant lady whom they brought to serve the stool in Teiko Tsuru We. She was then given the name 'Dede'. Therefore, how can a servant/slave to the stool become a royalty? Therefore, it is established that there was never a Ga Mantse called Nii Adama Latse I through which he descended. Therefore there cannot be a Nii Adama Latse II, as he claims. Explanation by Nii Yaote Oto Ga to the Latse is that there has been a Nii Adama Okuredza (1823-1825) the Okuredza translation into Ga is Latse. In customary chieftaincy heritage, the choice of name of Ga Mantse is done with measure of history. George Tackie Abia also Nii Adama Latse II in his chieftaincy declaration form 1B on 13th November, 2013, in respect to the name George Tackie Abia, it was fraudulently alleged that he hailed from the Abola Piam We. Representatives of Abola Piam We never claimed they nominated nor selected Nii Adama Latse Il as their candidate. Nii Yaote Oto Ga lI purports to be the authority behind the nomination, selection, election and installation of Nii Adama Latse I| as Ga Mantse. It is noteworthy that, Nii Yaote Oto Ga Il was only nominated to act as the Ga Paramount Stool Dzaasetse due to the suspension of Nii Tetteh Kwei II. However, at that time of enstoolment, he had no authority to do so, as Nii Tetteh Kwei II resume from suspension. This makes the procedure of nomination, selection, election and installation of Nii Adama Latse II null and void. There is evidence that supporters of Nii Adama Latse Il forcibly broke into the Ga Stool Room, a sacred place, which is contrary to the customary law. This is a total disrespect of Ga customs and usage. Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru Il, also Dr. Kelvin Abia Tackie, with documentary evidence, is the first male son of Dr. Ebenezer Nii Armah Tackie, Dean of Archetecture at KNUST who is a fourth generation descendant of King Tackie Tawiah I. This makes Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru ll a fifth generation line of King Tackie Tawiah I. The three royal La Torkpai of Teiko Tsuru We namely; Naa Korkoifioo We (Female Line), Nii Teiko Doku We (Male Line) and Naa Adarku Ashong We (Female line) have all accepted, confirmed and supported the candidature of Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II. The genealogy of Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru lI can be traced from Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru 1, Ga Manste from 1782 to 1787. His daughter Naa Korkoi Achereku married Nii Ayi Okai Tsuru of Gbese and gave birth to Nii Teiko Doku (now the male line of La Torkpai of Teiko Tsuru We), who married Naa Ashong Danso Dzorshie, Asere and gave birth to King Tackie Tawiah I who was installed Ga Mantse from 1862 to 1902. His grandson, King Tackie Tawiah Il was also installed as Ga Mantse form 1944 to 1947. The above illuminates all shrouded areas of chieftaincy disputes in Ga Mashie and acclaims that the right candidate for the Ga Mantse is, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II. Nii Tetteh Kwei, the Ga Paramount Stool Dzaasetse is recommended to do what is required to move the process forward in accordance with Ga customary law and usage. The Justice V.C.R.A.C Crabbe fact finding and advisory committee report on Ga Mantse presents detailed and extensive facts. I commend Nuumo Wor-Lumor Borketey Laweh Tsuru XXXIII, Gborbu Wulomo Shitse, the Traditional Spiritual Head of the Ga-Dangbes for setting up such a committee and it is my fervent prayer that he will act in accordance to the recommendation of the report. Why do you tackle a topic when you have not taken time to learn the pronunciation of the key words? Hearing your bad pronounciation is putting off. It suggests you don't know as much as to teach others

So Ghana koraa wats wrong wit the people The ga manste n dis new ga Nii tackie Adama ii Where was he all dis while n why didn’t they solve all this issues until now that otumfuo visit then u r bring dis problems Forgiv my use of words but that y Ashanti’s stand unique among other tribes we understand ourselves n abide n subdue ourselves under sikadwa kofi so who ever sits on the golden stool is our final king no matter the land or power n influence from whom ever u might be But wen u check other tribes it’s the don’t know wat they r doin always chieftaincy problems here n there is quite time the look to the Ashanti’s n learn frm them n stop the hatred n evny
They can’t look into Asante customs and decide to learn from them. Each and every traditional authority has their own customs and traditions that guides them. The only thing that unites Asantes is the” Sikadwa” which they dint have so how can they learn from them. They’re on the patrilineal side whiles Asantes traces the matrilineal side so how do they learn from them? It’s just a matter of understanding, if they understand that the stool, per what I have read; that the stool moves from one house to the another then the other house should wait until someday when the current Ga Mantse reign is over and claim rulership err…fighting over it won’t solve anything
All the Asante states that time accepted the rules and regulations from Okomfo Anokye and He burn 🔥 all their akonwa tumtum and no tribe in Ghana can did what Asante did that time and even so Asante kings gave themselves for Okomfo Anokye to kill them for ritual and that has kept Asante strong 💪🏾 and powerful till now and forever 💛🖤💚👑💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

You have a point but the Ga Mashie towns are not small as you are saying. One fact is that the Osu people are from Bono and Asante but the Osu Alata people are part of the Ga Mashie people who are the original people from Alata.
Massa the Ashantis were the same with different paramount Chiefs b4 Okomfo Anokye to bring all of them under one King Osei Tutu 1st that made Otumfour of Ashanti over all the Chiefs. So there nothing wrong with that if they all can unite under this current Chief to lift the face of Ga tradition Chiefs like the King of Ashanti today.
So the chiefs of the sub groups include 1.Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II ..Ga Mantse 2.Nortse Nii Nortey Owuo IV...Osu Mantse 3..La Mantse....Deceased 4.Gbetsoolo Nii Ashitey Akomfra III....Teshie Mantse 5. Nii Odaifio Welentsi III..Nungua Mantse 6.Tema Mantse...Deceased 7.Nii Tetteh Otu III.. Kpone Mantse
My brother which area is called Ga? The reason I am asking this is that, all along I thought Osu, Teshie, Nungua etc are part of Ga. Please educate me.
Respect is Reciprocal ohk, Ua trying to educate but respect everyone's equally. Why not kwaku dua n kelvin but Otumfoo Osei TuTu de Asantehene n kelvin.?
The Adangbes are Ada, kpong, Ningo , Prampram, Shai Hills, Osudoku etc they have different dialect they speak krobo but are in Greater Accra region their dialect is similar to Ga the reason i think they all agreed on that unity but the Gas are within Accra metropolitan and Tema
The Adangbes speak *Dangme* not Krobo language. Krobo refers to those from Eastern Region namely the Somanya, Agomanya, Asesewa etc. Same way you cannot say all Akans speak Bono language is tge same way you cannot say Adangbes speak Krobo. Krobo dangme is spoken by the Krobos.
i concord… i will try my best to make it up to the right pronunciation… but know it is not my language… its very a sign of respect trying to pronounce it. It means am learning ya language. 2nd, calling the King Kevin wasn’t intentional… we all love Nii Teiko Tsuru ❤️🫂🤝

Dive into right sauce before u come out and speak ..learn the pronunciation of the names ..if u don't know the story of pls do not talk about ..Let Gadangme people manage their own affairs..just stop it.. U don't have the right info
Pls do your homework, approach the right people and get correct information before you broadcast. Secondly, please show respect and learn the correct pronunciation of names you are unfamiliar with. Thank you.

Please stop this useless misinformation. Do your research well. Most of the things you have put out are wrong. You can't even pronounce names well. And please show some respect to Gas. Who are you referring to as Kelvin? Respect as you want to be respected

TRUTH UNRAVELLED, KING TACKIE TEIKO TSURU II IS GA MANTSE
Ga Mashie for some time has been the centre of chieftency disputes. Reports generally say it's as a result of political influence, monetory or selfish interests. The title as Ga Mantse was declared vacant as a result of the death of Nii Boni Amugi Sorse Il, there have been a battle of the royals as to the nomination, selection, election and installation of Ga Mantse.
Nuumo Wor-Lumor Borketey Laweh Tsuru
XXXIII, Gborbu Wulomo Shitse, the Traditional Spiritual Head of the Ga-Dangbes, on 24th February, 2018, set up a fact finding and advisory committee led by Justice V.C.R.A.C Crabbe (of blessed memory) to ascertain the customary rites for the nomination, selection, election and installation of a person of Ga Mantse. On 7th September, 2018, Justice Julia Naa-Yarley Sarkodie-Mensah took over the mantle due to the demise of VCRAC Crabbe.
This report was ascertained based on oral and documentary evidence provided to the committee by various stakeholders. The findings of the report however answers the three main questions
What are the ruling houses for the Ga
Mantse
2. Who is the Ga Paramount Stool
Dzaasetse
3. Who is the rightful candidate to be Ga
Manste
According to the oral evidence provided by Rev. Gyasi Ankrah, Nii Yaote Oto-Ga, Nii Akropong, Nii Adzemankese and Professor Alfred Neequaye, it can be established that there are four ruling houses from Akropong and Adzimankese Divisional group;
a.
Amugi We
b.
Teiko Tsuru We
С.
Abola Piam
d.
Tackie Kome We
History has it that, after a Mantse is chosen, the cloth is moved to the other ruling house, signifying that the next Ga Mantse will be hailing from that ruling house.
George Tackie Abia, also Nii Adama Latse Il, traced his royal blood lineage from an alleged brother of King Tackie Tawiah I called Tackie Ago (A sworn affidavit dated 21/07/2011 filed on 22/27/2011 in Suit No:AP/128/2011, the Republic Vrs George Tackie and 6 others, Ex-parte: King Tackie Tawiah III). It was established that King Tackie Tawiah I never had a sibling called Ago. It was also established that, a brother of King Tackie Tawiah was also never made a Mantse to acquire the stool name Tackie. In his genealogy, Nii Adama Latse Il stated that, Tackie Ago married a woman called Dede, who hailed from the Teiko Tsuru We ruling house. They gave birth to three sons, namely;
Nii Ayeh, Nii Adama and Nii Teiko.
Explanation by Nii Yaote Oto Ga to the Latse is that there has been a Nii Adama Okuredza
(1823-1825) the Okuredza translation into Ga is Latse.
I commend Nuumo Wor-Lumor Borketey
Laweh Tsuru XXXIII, Gborbu Wulomo Shitse, the Traditional Spiritual Head of the Ga-Dangbes for setting up such a committee and it is my fervent prayer that he will act in accordance to the recommendation of the report.

Why do you tackle a topic when you have not taken time to learn the pronunciation of the key words? Hearing your bad pronounciation is putting off. It suggests you don't know as much as to teach others
Since you know the pronunciations better, maybe you should also do a video to educate us. Thank you

So Ghana koraa wats wrong wit the people
The ga manste n dis new ga Nii tackie Adama ii
Where was he all dis while n why didn’t they solve all this issues until now that otumfuo visit then u r bring dis problems
Forgiv my use of words but that y Ashanti’s stand unique among other tribes we understand ourselves n abide n subdue ourselves under sikadwa kofi so who ever sits on the golden stool is our final king no matter the land or power n influence from whom ever u might be
But wen u check other tribes it’s the don’t know wat they r doin always chieftaincy problems here n there is quite time the look to the Ashanti’s n learn frm them n stop the hatred n evny
Good job, plz i suggest you use his official name and title, not Kelvin

@@reaiancassidy4366 TRUTH UNRAVELLED, KING TACKIE TEIKO TSURU II IS GA MANTSE
Manste
According to the oral evidence provided by Rev. Gyasi Ankrah, Nii Yaote Oto-Ga, Nii Akropong, Nii Adzemankese and Professor Alfred Neequaye, it can be established that there are four ruling houses from Akropong and Adzimankese Divisional group;
a.
Amugi We
b.
Teiko Tsuru We
С.
Abola Piam
d.
Tackie Kome We
History has it that, after a Mantse is chosen, the cloth is moved to the other ruling house, signifying that the next Ga Mantse will be hailing from that ruling house.
George Tackie Abia, also Nii Adama Latse Il, traced his royal blood lineage from an alleged brother of King Tackie Tawiah I called Tackie Ago (A sworn affidavit dated 21/07/2011 filed on 22/27/2011 in Suit No:AP/128/2011, the Republic Vrs George Tackie and 6 others, Ex-parte: King Tackie Tawiah III). It was established that King Tackie Tawiah I never had a sibling called Ago. It was also established that, a brother of King Tackie Tawiah was also never made a Mantse to acquire the stool name Tackie. In his genealogy, Nii Adama Latse Il stated that, Tackie Ago married a woman called Dede, who hailed from the Teiko Tsuru We ruling house. They gave birth to three sons, namely;
Nii Ayeh, Nii Adama and Nii Teiko.
Explanation by Nii Yaote Oto Ga to the Latse is that there has been a Nii Adama Okuredza
(1823-1825) the Okuredza translation into Ga is Latse.
