Another stup.d champ to make players spend money!!! Cause bullseye can't miss but he cant evade attacks!!! Atleast not in comics!!! So kabam put in the evade to make it more difficult for players just like they did with aq raid, another stup.d concept to make players spend potions or units to finish it!!!! Kabam sucks!!!!

She needs to be max sig…
You need dupe to take 0 damage while phasing
You do not need max sig. just sig 1 works for that
