Olika translates to “Dissimilar” or “differently” in Swedish.

The cartridges are probably Asian standard with a 3.4mm opening. They are readily available through the usual sellers. Also, try a Parker converter if you have one. They work on some pens using that standard. The video by Seele2015au - 'The Hero Fountain Pen Cartridge: A User-Refillable System' might also be helpful.

Thanks for the tip! The cartridges do look just like the Hero ones, except in transparent plastic -- they have the plug and the little ball. So I guess that method would work.
