The cartridges are probably Asian standard with a 3.4mm opening. They are readily available through the usual sellers. Also, try a Parker converter if you have one. They work on some pens using that standard. The video by Seele2015au - 'The Hero Fountain Pen Cartridge: A User-Refillable System' might also be helpful. th-cam.com/video/Ff24lkGji-U/w-d-xo.html Thanks for this interesting series of videos.
Thanks for the tip! The cartridges do look just like the Hero ones, except in transparent plastic -- they have the plug and the little ball. So I guess that method would work.
I got one of these too and was blown away when I discovered an empty Lamy ink cartridge fit!
I was wondering whether z27 will work on this pen. Thank you for the review! 👍
Lmao the ink on his hands
Did you try to seal (barrel) with silicon glue?
Olika translates to “Dissimilar” or “differently” in Swedish.
So a Korean pen made in China with a Swedish name reviewed in America? How international! :)

Is this ink cartridge european type or lamy type?
I tried refilling my Olika with bottle ink, but for some reason the ink won't flow. Any troubleshooting advice?

Same issue, did you find a solution?
