Ever grateful for this video! I wish I knew this information when I first started dating. I had to learn how to eat sushi while I was on a date. I was so embarrassed! You are helping so many! Thank you!

I hope you’re having a wonderful day and thank you so much for taking the time to watch the video and leave such a nice comment!
I’m sure you did very well with your sushi etiquette, but on a date, it can be a bit nerve-racking! I’m sure you did wonderfully !
      Wishing you an awesome week!
      Warmest regards,
      Heidi 💕💕🥢🍱🍣

Thank you so much for watching and leaving a great comment!
There is so much etiquette regarding sushi, and it makes sense because the Japanese culture is so polite, and you want to know the rules so you can be respectful!
Sending very best wishes for a wonderful day!
      Warmest regards,
      Heidi 💕💕💕🥢

In Japan you can eat everything with your fingers, that also works outside Japan.

Mahalo for sharing this video. I would also like to add that It's not proper to mix the wasabi and shoyu. Many people do it and honestly I'm not bothered by it, I just don't do it myself. 😊
Have you tried real wasabi? It's amazing.

      Hello!
Thank you so much for watching the video and leaving such a terrific comment!
I, too, see this same thing often, and, like you, I'd never say anything, and I'm not at all bothered, but it is fun to know the proper etiquette and practice it.
My team and I just filmed some Shorts in a very posh Japanese restaurant, and we did several about sushi etiquette (they should be posted in the coming weeks, please stay tuned!). Our excellent server was interested in our filming and mentioned the exact thing you did--he said it's a common mistake, but as long as someone enjoys their food, it's all good...Great attitude and in sync with the first rule of etiquette, is never to cause offense. However, we had a lot of fun filming, and our server appreciated our attempt to help spread the word about proper sushi etiquette.
I made a longer video version of this topic (I'll leave a link below). I'd be very grateful for your thoughts about it, and I'd love it if you'd kindly subscribe to our channel and offer any topics you'd like to see in a video.
Sending very best wishes for an amazing weekend!
      Warm regards,
      Heidi💕🥢

As I was perambulating with my current squeeze down Los Ramlas I suggested a local Japanese for our afternoon repaste, well on entering the Emporium we discovered the Japanese sector, packed with Japanese people eating Japanese food, !!!hard to believe !!the accoustics were magnificent, like a rusting 747 taking off
