Don't know which is "coolest" the snow or the tractor colours. Fair play to Valtra allowing you to film inside the factory. John Deere din't allow Wardy to film inside theirs. Great video Olly
Great video tonight Olly, really good of Valtra to allow you what looked like free range with the filming, very interesting. It was also good to see you & Charlotte enjoying Finland & the Snow. Keep up the great work looking forward to tomorrow’s video. Hope you both have another great day tomorrow. Alan 👍👍
Amazing video Olly. Great to see Jyvaskyla and Suolahti! Lived there for 5 months while working with Valtra for my university internship from Dublin, bringing back some great memories. Hope to make it back when I graduate!
As a still happy owner of still reliable Valtra 6300 year 1996 ,11000hours,i have to say that those new tractors are too complicated to me, are they any marks Jd, Mf, or even Valtra. But so it goes. I do my little forestry, and gardening also with little help of old Valmet 500, 1969...
Awesome video from Manitoba, Canada! That’s amazing that Valtra let You film there assembly plant! Sure glad they did as it’s a awesome video! Heated streets ah? Very cool! My brother bought a place with a heated driveway, he only used it for one month until he got the first power bill! It was a massive bill! 😂🙈
Thanks for showing us round! Heated streets!! Hope you enjoyed rudolf stew! My dad rode round scandinava in the 60s on some tiny motor bike before he bought the farm!
Great video Olly fantastic visit to Finland can’t get over the snow it’s years since I’ve seen as much The factory tour at Valtra looked fantastic Charlotte looked like she was loving the tour feeling 95%today and what a great video Olly
What a place to be , you get to see a convoy of valtrabon a train from your hotel . Then get to mooch arojnd the coolest tractor plant ever. There are lots of cool colour combos there . Think mine was the black with gold wheels and trim. Amazing that you get to visit and film and take us along with you. 90% now ive seen ghis film.😊
Greetings from Saco Maine, I grew up around Case tractors and earth mover but became partial to Deere, although I have to say those Valera tractors are very sweet looking indeed
Amazing factory Olly. Finland is an amazing place and the people are so nice. When James is older you should take the kids to Lapland over Christmas it's amazing
Great video Ollie, that factory is out of this world. I can't wait till tomorrow for the second half, if we had snow like that we would be at a stand still. You and Charlotte enjoy yourselves , and have a great time . 75% Today
ValMet means Valtion Metallitehtaat ---> "[Finnish] government metal workshops". They also made (not sure if they still do) all types of different rifles and guns under Valmet name
Fantastic blog Olly, very interesting seeing the tractor’s being put together, surprising that you were allowed to film. Good old Ian on the Birthday bumper duties, makes me laugh every time!! 🤣😂👍😊. Finland looks very cold 🥶
Brillant video olly fair play to Charlotte other women would have no interest your one lucky man all hard work u put in your deserve your business going from strength to strength well done olly top class
Hello olly iam not a valtra fan but the tour was very interesting to see how it all goes together from start to finish and Ian looks better now the beard has gone keep up the good work 👍👍
I hope they have improved since 2016. I had a T174 Direct and the engine would knock badly and the transmission would vibrate like mad on odd occasions when you would come to a stop. Front mudguards were fairly useless as well. It was a bit of a disappointment as the cab was really roomy and ideal for turning all the way around with the seat whilst destoning all day. Rear air suspension was poor as well. Sorry to be so negative but that was my experience.
OK, I realise this wasn't under your control but I'd have kind of liked to see a transmission housing being machined. In "other stuff":- 1) 115% today, 6 yellow cars (no tractors), 2 orange ones and red lorry, yellow lorry. 2) Have you any idea what the NFU thought of RIchi Rich's address to them?
Enjoyed the video .but fair play to you . Distance your self from the NFU meeting in Birmingham .with everythink whats going on . With cheap imports . At the moment..
Question Olly do you have competitive equipment prices in England where you don't have so many countries close enough shipping and have a selection to choose from or do you deal with trade with larger countries like we do here in Canada controling our prices exchanges even the tarrifs and trade barriers
interesting video Olly, nice to see around different factories, random one but were you doing anything different with the audio whilst walking around the factory? audio was only coming out 1 side of my headphones and speakers for parts of the video
Asking for friend...... It is close to Valentines day and my girlfriend would really like to be whisked away to Paris for a few days BUT I am thinking of bringing her on a trip to a tractor factory instead. What do you recommend I do ? 🤣🤣🤣
About 8 years ago in the MF factory in France they made transmissions for Valtra in the Gima plant. So looks like that stopped? Transmissions for the Fendt Ideal combine are also made by Valtra in Finland
Those transmission they are making are for N and T series. They do there Hitech, Versu and Direct transmissions like they did DPS and Hitech 3 trannies for earlier for C, M, 6000 and most 8000 series. There is Gima trans still in A and G series. Earlier Valtra A and MF4400 got some valtra designed and turkish made trans if i remember right but in A4 series they started to use Gima. In S and Q series they use nowadays Fendt cvt like bigger Masseys.
It's a Scandanavian thing - their outside doors open that way so that the snow doesn't fall into the house. Guess it became habitual to do all doors that way.
So did you learn anything about tyre tread format? So the organisation of assembly is laid out so every required tractor is assigned a position on track and all components are the traversed to that chassis? Now that is production engineering. Know where I would want to start my career now but that is long gone! Your not supposed to know about counting yellow cars! Lavender blue dilly dilly! Ever sing that at school or suppose that is before your time!?
Why is it you always bull up foreign machinery yet never feature British built like New Holland pity you farmers don't practice what you preach your always going on about buying British pity you lot don't to.
Don't know which is "coolest" the snow or the tractor colours. Fair play to Valtra allowing you to film inside the factory. John Deere din't allow Wardy to film inside theirs. Great video Olly
Such a romantic dragging Charlotte to a tractor factory!!😂

See plenty of Valtras coming into Hull, plenty of colours. Not seen a yellow one yet though 😅 90% today
didn't realise they were making tractors all back in the 50's and 60's ......i liked the black one with gold wheels
Looking at the front of the Valtra, it reminds me of a transformer. Great video Olly.
It look's that you like snow and ice here in Finland. Great video.
Heated street, what must that cost 😳. Guess when you have snow for months every year that’s just winter . Great video
Great video, I would love to go to the Valtra factory once
Like the green one where he's driving backwards facing backwards
Great video Olly keep them coming ,🤠🇦🇺
Amazing factory Olly. Finland is an amazing place and the people are so nice. When James is older you should take the kids to Lapland over Christmas it's amazing
Very interesting video Olly some very nice tractors..good job that we don't get snow like that or everything would be shut for weeks..😀😀😀😀50%...

ValMet means Valtion Metallitehtaat ---> "[Finnish] government metal workshops". They also made (not sure if they still do) all types of different rifles and guns under Valmet name
I am beginning to think olly you take Charlotte with you so she can stand next to it for scale , she comes in handy 😂.
Awesome video Olly. The unlimited Studio is one of the best things Valtra do .
Fantastic blog Olly, very interesting seeing the tractor’s being put together, surprising that you were allowed to film. Good old Ian on the Birthday bumper duties, makes me laugh every time!! 🤣😂👍😊. Finland looks very cold 🥶
Good tractors, have a good trip lan funnier 😂

Hi Olly & Charlotte Nice one the blue tractor😀😀Thanks again
Hello olly iam not a valtra fan but the tour was very interesting to see how it all goes together from start to finish and Ian looks better now the beard has gone keep up the good work 👍👍
Great video Olly and another interesting one 👏👏👍👍
Couple years and see them in Canada the tractor
I hope they have improved since 2016.

Shame you haven't got the Yaris over there, be fun on those roads. ❄️❄️❄️
I dont know did train how to pronounce Jyväskylä but that was perfect. Music to my ears
Did you check out those gearbox roll pins, or was that in the older models 🤔 95% today. Ian you're definitely funner 👍

Very impressive.
Great factory tour, don't know who's funnier but I'd rather meet ian, 👍👍👍
Good video 👍 84% valtra come in all different colours
OK, I realise this wasn't under your control but I'd have kind of liked to see a transmission housing being machined.

1) 115% today, 6 yellow cars (no tractors), 2 orange ones and red lorry, yellow lorry.

Olly, if you are going to get a pair of those insulated overalls you better get a 2nd set for your dad, you know he's like a magpie 😂
I can’t believe how quiet that factory production line is .
Enjoyed the video .but fair play to you . Distance your self from the NFU meeting in Birmingham .with everythink whats going on . With cheap imports . At the moment..
The Finnish know how to deal with snow, we get a dusting and everything grinds to a halt. 75% today.
I'm shocked there's no photos of Charlotte in the factory
Question Olly do you have competitive equipment prices in England where you don't have so many countries close enough shipping and have a selection to choose from or do you deal with trade with larger countries like we do here in Canada controling our prices exchanges even the tarrifs and trade barriers
Should visit Fendt factory and learn how to make a decent transmission.
interesting video Olly, nice to see around different factories, random one but were you doing anything different with the audio whilst walking around the factory? audio was only coming out 1 side of my headphones and speakers for parts of the video
Just met your sister lovely lady
great stuff
I’m on my way up there to deliver Irish beef lol

@@teppotulppu1603 yeah turkey has massive tractor factories from European American branded tractors
How many cans of easy start do they get through in a week?
Kinda wish we had Valtra’s over here in the us. Not that anybodyi know would probably buy them. 🤷♂️🤷♂️
Loved Finland, Ian is much funnier 😂😂
Looks cold Ollie.
Very Cool! 85%
What do they heat the streets with?
Not sure
16:22 great content again
How long does it take start to Finnish to build a valtra tractor
10 hours
No left hand drive ones.
No matter how good they make it,Valtra will remain for me Dacia of tractors.
I could be wrong, but i'll stick to my statement.
Massively wrong
Probably one of the best multi purpose tractors on the market, had to find anyone that beat them in forestry work.
does your hotel room door open outwards, always found finnish hotels do that
It's a Scandanavian thing - their outside doors open that way so that the snow doesn't fall into the house. Guess it became habitual to do all doors that way.
No way is Ian 45!!!
He is funnier then Michael Macintyre though. That man's as funny as toothache.
Great video olly some tidy tractors 🚜 👌
Welc8me here🇫🇮
Where has Ian’s beard gone ☺️
Great video Olly. Ian's funnier than Micheal Mcintyre definitely
🙋🏼♀️Excuse me, who is looking after me kids? Please don’t tell me Chester and Archie are babysitting 🤭
Charlottes mum and dad 😊
@@OllyBlogsAgricontractfarmer I hope you both have a fabulous time, now I only have to worry about who is looking after Ian 😂
Ian you are way funnier than MM!
Does the S stand for sad because the front of it looks like an upset whale 😂
No sound on video
Michael McIntyre's 48, not 47!
15:20 Olly - “Stand next to them”
Charlotte - “Really……but one might fall on my head” 😂
Ian I’ll stay neutral and say you are incomparable 😉
Only mono sound on parts of the video 😢
What you mean
Only coming out of one speaker on parts of the video
Would they be generous enough to give me valtra tractor as a gift 🙏🏼😀🚜
Why dont fendt use the zuzi engines in their tractors as they are a good engine and the engines in some of the fendts are rubbish
They do now
That's good for the fendt buyers as they should be much better now than the deutz engine
All them valtra's on the train, and i bet they wont start in the cold. Our valtra's start playing up in cold weather 👎
It must be the only one as they have a global reputation of being the best starters in cold weather

Video a bit boring honestly lad
Great video, what colour did you order ? 😀
Much better than borrowing Deere 🟩 green.😊
A great video olly
