I’m fluent in both Japanese and English , but I find Japanese a bit easier to speak.
You’ve said there are quite a few that aren’t good in speaking Japanese. Is it more common to talk in eng at campus?
i guess it depends on who you hang out with! i tend to hang out with bilingual people so i use both english and japanese. but some of my friends in japanese club activities, they have more japanese friends who speak in japanese. i think youd be a great fit here :)
I didn't go to Waseda yet physically. I hope to experience Waseda life next semester💩

I actually missed the chance to join clubs but there are literally so many you could choose from so I'm sure you'll find one that's fit for you!!

Hello! I'm from Myanmar and I'm planning to apply into Waseda (Japanese program)uni in 2023.Currently I'm studying to take EJU and IELTS exam.I have enough confidence for EJU and IELTS.and also doing volunteering programs.The problem is my high school score🥺I got only average marks and scores(only with 1 distinction ).So I wonder if i get high score in EJU,IELTS and Good personal statement. Will I be accepted ?🥺I'm stressing about my high score GPA everyday🥺 Could you pls answer this for me?

I've not been able to find it mentioned at all on TH-cam but why Waseda and not Keio?
my parents and grandparents went to waseda and they didnt let me apply to keio haha so thats why i chose waseda over keio. but generally for international students, i think waseda has a better program for exchange and international students. i think ? at least when i joined waseda, waseda had the most foreign students out of all the schools in japan.
waseda has far more courses fully taught in English than Keio and is ranked higher too

Does your SAT score need to be extremely high to get in to waseda?
im not sure about rn but i dont think its just about that. my scores weren’t high enough for ivy league schools but it was not too terrible and i was accepted into sils pse ase at waseda!

@@milez728 I wasn't able to take the sat due to covid and then I had other issues. Even if I do take it now it will be after the deadline, even though they said that if you state your reasons why you couldn't take the exams and show proof of other things that show your abilities . Even though they said that I still feel like I'm going to be at a disadvantage compared to other students. I will still try because you never know but i don't fancy my chances..
