@@joliter7906 first of all, don't trust recommended items. Leftovers, assault vest, and rocky helmet are bad, almost useless items, second, see the category and type of attack your Pokemon has. Then try and read the description of said held item you are using on that mon. Because some are made for different categories. Eg. Exp share is bad on a attacker but good on a support or defender. Some are made for the type of attack your mon has such as slick spoon for sp.atk and attack weight for attack. And for battle items for especially a defender potion or slow smoke could work. Hope this helps! Also I can tell you about boost emblems too if you would like.
@@joliter7906 also use foul play more than mean look. As it scales damage from the enemy's attack, that makes it usefull. Only used mean look when there are mons with lots of dashes and mobility. People normally use foul play with snarl but you can also use it with wish as a support like build. :)

Hahaha I did not use wish in this build maybe that is why. I like a more offensive umbreon but I feel its not tanky enough 😅
