Like all people, I interacted with the good, bad and ugly, but God was always there for me, to help others. Always write down what you spend, and do not be greedy and stingy, and help non beggars on the quiet. Please keep written, audio, and video journals. everyday, and please dte, and the day of the week also. I never cared what haters think, and they were removed from my life, and God took care of the rest. I ghosted them first.
Love this video. You should have started with the monkeys - just kidding. I drove 4 hours once just to go see monkeys. I'll be travelling to Panama soon so this is very helpful!
It seems to me Panama and just Central America is more sophisticated, but much more diverse, more people friendly with more places for people to eAt, walk, rest, explore, be happy, drink than anywhere in The United States. The people really live and there is such a good atmosphere, not one of fear and loneliness and anxiety like for instance in Santa Fe, New Mexico, or many other places in the USA, yet the USA government is alwAys bragging about how great we are. Now thru the Internet we can see the truth about how little care is given to most people in the USA, even just to have simple pleasures. Barely any street food allowed, no skateboarding or scooters allowed barely, terrible transportation, hardly any easy walking, therefore unhappy people. It is so uptight, how can it be happy?
Because of the Pandemic during my time of visit but I believe they have since lifted the curfew up but I would double check if you are planning to visit

We stayed and rui plaza and went with an excellent guide who we used most of the trip. We did EVERYTHING! We went to the old Town. This is a great video! I went to Panama City in 2019 and stayed at the Hilton Panama, I remember walking along the Cinta Costera, taking the tour of Panama Canal, and taking the ride on the Amador Causeway on the way to Casco Viejo. Back then Casco Viejo didn't impress me because of the construction and shelled out old buildings, but I guess everything changes 5 years later and after the pandemic... Next trip to Panama I hope to revisit the same places and try new ones, specifically the Bio Museum, Gatun Lake, and the Canal on the Colon side. Definitely try their foods, especially sancocho! Your video skills are also top notch, and love the aerial shots of the city! Thank you again and have a blessed Thanksgiving!
