Hello Dr. Lewin . Your work is just fantastic - I tried to get in touch with you via Facebook regarding an art project I am working on. Is here any way how to get in touch with you? Maybe an email? Really looking forward to her back from You. All the best till
Lectures by Walter Lewin. They will make you ♥ Physics. Thanks for your quick reply - I'm a photographer working on a project about the theme of speed for a London based art magazine - I am really interested in your work and would love to collaborate with you on this. For the last issue I collaborated with the artist John Bock who's represented at spruth magers gallery. I'm really happy to explain more and also show you what I have in mind. It would be also very great to have an interview published with you along the images. I can show You what I have done for the last issue and also the magazine as such. Thanks. As brief as possible :) till
It's not clear that I can be of much use/help to you but I am willing to consider a collaboration once I learn more what's expected of me. An interview with me would be fine as far as I am concerned. If you leave your email address here I will contact you and we will take it from there.
Would it be possible to somehow send you an email with a PDF and also the work and more about the magazine? They are also really interested in a collaboration and it would be a pleasure. I could also arrange that the magazine sends you an official email.all the best and really excited till
sir, microwaves V/S visible light (take anyone from spectrum) microwaves have larger wavelength and smaller frequency than visible light. hence visible light carries much more energy than microwaves. WHY does 50sec of microwaving heat up the water but 50 sec of visble light don't ?
+Lectures by Walter Lewin. They will make you ♥ Physics. well I did :( (again , I am not lazy , I always come to you as last resort ...sometimes my curiosity can only be extinguished by professors) anyways...what google says is that this this glass absorbs this this light. I am actually practicing a question right now "a piece of glass is opaque to IR rays and UV rays , how will temperature of glass be changed when it is subjected to IR and UV rays separately for one hour" (temperature change increase , decrease, constant)
I can assure u of one thing NEST questions strictly involve no requirement of theoretical knowledge. only the basic concepts.... idk how this question could be solved.
I knew you from ocw, just find out you have a channel in here. I think you should be on quora. Because you have a lot of students from all over the world(just like me),and we would be very happy to read your answer in there.
I can't believe I sat through the whole thing. That was very enlightening.
Professor, what is the matter of white dwarf, what substance?
watch my lecture "Birth and Death of Stars". I talk alot about white dwarfs. If that's not enough, use google.
Sir can you tell me why and when heat is produced
Ask Google
Lectures by Walter Lewin. They will make you ♥ Physics. I did but I was not able to find any justified answer
try harder. This is very elementary

I am not on FB. All Walter Lewins o;n FB are fake Walter Lewins.
You can ask me questions here. Make them brief please.

micro waves are absorbed in water, visible light goes straight through

so does that mean glass is heated up by infra red rays...as it is opaque under IR cameras
use google to find out the behavior of EM waves in glass: radio, micro waves, IR, Visible light, UV (glass absorbs UV), X-ray, gamma rays. Good luck

Hi dear Professor. I'd like to ask if you have ever met Stephen Hawking?
no I have not
Do you have an email address?
of course I have one but it is for private use only
