Study IQ education I have a query regarding GHGs you have mentioned? Is HFC was included in Kyoto protocol? If so Why CFCs have been blocked and HFCs are being used these days (which are also soon going to be banned) ?
As it has assumed that kyoto protocol failed ...what were the major causes of it failure ...we are now moving towards COP21 (paris agreement). will kyoto work in future also simultaneously with PA.
