Hey, I was an extra in season 2 as well. The biggest scene I filmed was the spring fling in episode 13. I had a very similar experience too. I also talked to a few of the main actors. I talked to bryce, justin (I think it was him, maybe it was Alex), chloe, and cyrus. I didn't talk to any of them the first time I filmed. But the last few times I did. It's kind of hard not to when they are talking to you. And I think it was alright to talk to them as long as you didn't go all crazy fan girl on them. Are you going to try to be an extra in season 3? I know I'm going to try.

I think they responded after a couple of days. I just know that if they want to book you they respond pretty fast! Or if they need a lot of people last minute you will be booked quicker. (:
