For them to forget the QR1, they must've forgot, or have they run out of QR1 stock while the transition to QR2 began? Either way, not a good choice to sneakily exclude the QR, Fanatec! Give him a QR2 Lite as compensation! xD
Hey, I was wondering if I need to buy a separate QR2 to go with this V2 hub? I've got a DD+ on the way and I believe that that has QR2 built in, but I've no idea if that'll work with the v2 hub out of the box, or whether I'll have to buy another bloody item from Fanatec. Thanks
It said when I ordered mine that the QR1 comes in a separate parcel. How long did you wait for your delivery then? I seen on reddit a few UK parcels had been dispatched
If this is like the original version then the quick release is shipped seperately in a different box - at least mine was. I got the original version to use with a cheap deep dish wheel for oval racing and can confirm that with the deeper wheel dish the paddles are too far away from the rim to use comfortably. I would guess that it will be the same with this version. Was ideal for ovals however, due to the lack of gear changing.

my new rim hub and wheel side is coming tuesday. it does say 3 items in the package tracking. hopefully mine doesnt come incomplete as well

I hope you have better luck than me, they still haven't sent me mine. Even after their customer (lack of)support promised to sort out weeks ago.

It took 3 weeks for the Uni Hub to arrive. Still waiting on the QR1.
