How much would a property like this cost from start to finish? I am likely going to inherit property on a nice plot of land and may look to take down the current existing property to build a unique modern contemporary home. Wanted to add that I would prefer to use concrete and take time to build a quality home and not use sheet rock in any part o the house except maybe ceilings.
This Home inside looks even bigger. I loved this living room with this fantastic fireplace. The kitchen counter is masterful. The basement is very tasteful. It seems that solutions from Japanese upper middle class houses have been introduced. Lighting is a work of art.

I believe this design even though in small space makes the house look spacious complementing however I really believe larger format of this house could also be very inviting overall great concept, excellent design ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ /5

House is definitely unique . But I didn't like the interior design .For me it looks very heavy and inconsistent. The feeling like you are in the new modern hotel 4 stars. I'm more in favor of clean and simple look.
