He buys at 80% and Sales at 80% he’s fair in his deals but I also like how patient he is with everyone, new people, veterans, people trying to keep negotiating, he has the same tone throughout
I like how you are firm on your prices. Lot of people expect vendors to just come down and if they say no they act all childish. Stay firm on the prices. I like that.

Yes and no, you need to move product.Even if you take a small loss you can do a lot more with the cash and just move on from the cards
