He didn’t plan to be doing this, he was a maker like all of us, that was improvising with DIY tools which ended up being so innovative and well designed, that he launched a successful kickstarter. This is a great video, thank you. Even though I'd designed attachments for my trim router to do all the operations I've needed, TH-cam has been an invaluable resource for learning. TH-cam has helped me figure out how to do specific operations with a router, among those videos I came across USSA's jig. I was so impressed, I backed the project. I've been using my new router base, and this video helps communicate the more advanced features. Thanks. This is by far the best router attachment ever.
It's a really cool and versatile accessory, and it would be really nice to have it, although I find it hard to spend more on an accessory than on the tool itself.

I agree, it's sad that metal is added for precision then it uses loosen and bump method of micro-adjusting. The guide rail test felt like it gave same or worse experience as just running it on guide rail edge.
@@perpleksed Really? You couldn’t figure out that I was talking about spending $250 for a jig that fits a $70-100 router seems like a waste of money? That’s like buying a car for $10k and then you have to spend $25k for a minor upgrade or repair. Disproportionate.
