    Hey what are some good tips on getting better form? If you have any. My frined is a sophomore in high school this year. He got 6'6 last year as a freshman but his form is really bad. He's grown 3 inches since last year and jumps a lot higher. His goal this year is 7' but i'm afraid his form is really gonna hold him back from that. Any tips? there are a couple vids on my channel of him jumping if you want to check them out. quality is not the best though. Thanks!

Highest I got was 6'2 - I have a 40 in vert off of two feet, but only about a 32 in vert off of one foot. Do you know your one foot vert? I just want to know for comparison so I know if I should keep trying in college to walk on or just not do it.

    • @delaware137
      @delaware137 8 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Unfortunately we still measure people's height in feet and inches, so it's easier for the average American to get an idea of how high 2.23 meters is when it is expressed feet and inches. But I agree with you. Had the US gone with the recommendations to go metric by President Carter in 1977 we would have long since been fully integrated in to a much more efficient and universal system of measurement.
