Eurocopter EC135 Cockpit + Bell 222 startup.

- Some EC135 cockpit footage plus a small clip of the Bell 222. My best mate invited me to join him for a day and try and covert me from fixed wing to helicopters. Some of the initial footage is of some engine testing on the ground as the No.2 engine was changed out. I apologise in advanced for the occasional blurries as I shot the footage entirely on an Iphone 5. Thanks for watching and enjoy the ride.

fond memories of VH-ZGZ flying marine pilots around to the shipping traffic off the coast of Gladstone while I sat bored in class during my high school years
I just started helicopter flight school, and lets just say I enjoy it alot. Love everything about helicopters. I always wanted to fly planes but helicopters really took over during my military career. Maybe one day I'll go for fixed wing to.
keith murray comgrats, man...I have been in love with helicopters since I was a kid. To learn to fly one is a lifelong dream of mine.

This flight was on the east coast of Australia near Mackay and Rockhampton QLD. I noticed in the video that it looks like the windscreens are completely fogged, but the visibility out the front was just fine. My guess it was the camera angle perhaps.

Never fails to give me a hardon every time I get into a chopper!! Nothing beats the feeling of freedom only a chopper can give you!! Too bad we couldn't hear the comms during flight but great video nonetheless.

Oh my, Mr. cameraman...you missed an important view...the view of the pilot's hands on the collective and the cyclic. I wish you had framed your camera to include both so that his inputs could be seen.

Awsome video! What are those lights (red, green, blue) on top of dash? Both helis have it.
Those lights are "spidertracks" aircraft tracking system.

nice BUT taking off without properly cleaning or demisting the whole canopy first must be one of the most irresponsible acts I have seen a pilot perform in ages.. :( and then you used 'Happy' jesus wept :( :( you're a heli pilot...
