The Barians overall are what made Zexal so amazing for me. The series got sooooo dark and I adored it.
I got into Zexal because of Kite and Vetrix's sons. Stayed because of the Barians
You know what I've noticed? The backstories of the Barians and their original numbers and their over 100 numbers could very well be considered card lore in of itself like if this was originally from the Duel terminal these would be considered the lore of those monsters' respectively
It's like how in the original series with how the anime had the birth of the Dark magician
All Barians' names are taken from the stars in the Big Dipper/Ursa Major as corrupted versions. Anyone else noticed that?
Another cadre team themed after the stars of Ursa Major are the God Warriors in the Asgard arc of Saint Seiya...

Honestly..I thought Mizael was the one true Galaxy Eyes Master. He handled that Tachyon Dragon with so much finesse it was unbelievable. He defeated Quinton and Trey at the same time. How Baddass is he.

True Galaxy-Eyes user. His duels never fail to make me amazed. Also he almost never loss, only 1 vs Don 1000. His comeback victory vs Three and V is outstanding. Also even his duel against Kaito on the moon, he didn't lose.
He...did lose, though. His life points quite clearly dropped to zero, and the duel ended. Yeah, Kite died afterwards, but he still won the DUEL.
Also, in the dub, he states he is the true Galaxy Eyes master, and I agree. Kite’s an awesome duelist.
Mizar's age doesn't add up, when we see in the last episode that he like the other Emperors are students at Yuma's school. Which is 13-15 years old, I believe.
Mizael is a comum name here in Brazil,and I love his Galaxy-Eyes
Mizael is so awesome, he's one the few characters to have personality in the anime. I wish he and the Barians were in the manga and got more screen time but at least we have Fanfiction to keep us entertained. Mizael is my favorite Barian Emperor along with Vector, they're so cool! ^^

When the revival of numeron code since he joined in at the heartland academy although hard to admit between him and kite with the different galaxy eyes dragons he has a soul of a dragon just like hiccup, po and liu kang.
I'm obviously late to the party but I think that his Japanese name mizael might be a reference to angels (Michael, Azrael and the like) plus he looks pretty angelic from his clothing.

That age completely falls apart considering he's a third year at Yuma's school by the end of Zexal, so surely that makes him about 15/16? Unless it means prior the reset?

@@izzbizz3378 Surprisingly I haven't had much trouble with him so far. I don't see too many Mizar players, and when I do they usually screw up and I beat them.
Not me. I was running into Tachyon and Shiranui only seems like. Having to deal with Transmigration has sharpened my counter trap game tho. Now Mizar is not a problem
