PD was looking for every excuse not to charge him. The streamer chose to give his character amnesia and not remember the kidnapping to let X's plan play out in court.

the judge seriously was trying so hard to execute x's plan despite scuff and having to go back to the scene with x. honestly props to him. It sucks that the PD took the easy way out and decided to just not charge him and meta that it was X. (regardless if it is a similar court case, they have 0 proof therefor should not act out on that decision). Hopefully good comes out of this and NP gets more fair laws for their government officials and citizens cause it sucks to see unfair trials

@@user-gh5zo7vx4b It most definitely would've changed things in the eyes of the police. There was a call of a kidnapping at city hall and evidence of a vehicle leaving the scene at the shooting. If he would've spoken to police and gave details that correspond to that evidence it would create some reasonable doubt. Not saying he'd be found innocent in court but it would definitely have worked in his favor.

The RP Sequence between Murphy and X was top notch, very creative aswell to show some flaws when it comes to the current cop procedures.

@@DakotaTheRota Ehh, I've seen all sorts of judges come to all sorts of decisions on nopixel. I've seen judges give clearly guilty people innocent rulings just to support their RP, i've seen judges give clear not guilty's a guilty verdict because they wanted to reward both the cops and the defendant. I really like this outcome though, live by the sword - die by the sword.

This is exactly the point X was trying to make. Judges and PD will fuck over a character without blinking an eye even if they can’t prove anything because they know there will never be repercussions for them. Now Murphy gets to see how X felt in that moment.
Yes PD will do that, but most serious judges (including Murphy) generally try to be fair because their position is a bit more of an OOC balance (and being fair as a judge actually brings out better Court RP). Murphy didn’t have much of a choice for his ruling based on the laws and evidence given, just as Crane doesn’t have much of a choice for suspending him either. Remember the Legislative infrastructure of the city still isn’t in place yet, so they are stuck with what they have for laws until that’s in place. HUGE shoutout to VoiceID for turning this into so much more RP for everyone.

@@brianbeach3024 That is not true though he easily could have given not guilty because it is not proven beyond a reasonable doubt. And now we have confirmation that there is reasonable doubt because an innocent man is up against the exact same evidence.
@@adamjeffs7515 Nah he made it pretty clear that he basically agreed with X when they were in court that the ruling is little iffy and unjust but that his hands were basically tied by going off the current legislation pertaining to possession. He agreed that the laws should be changed before he even ended up in this position .

IF xqc was a real one, he would've gone to his stream and gifted him 100+ subs as a way of thanks for letting the RP play itself out. He didn't have to fake amnesia or play along with xqc rp, but he clearly felt the RP was above the petty revenge bullshit. And the server is all the better for it.

He isn't really free. The law in old city was that if there is a case against a judge or cop they are temporarily suspended and the pd has to bring forth charges in next 30 days to convict him. That's what's happening rn.

It's to prove a point and in court there isn't a special standard just because he's a judge. Jury is presented with the evidence and it goes from there. There isn't a wellll he's a judge it HAD to be planted. This scenario just opens the case of how bad the ruling was for JP
