@@discreet-criminal14 I don't think you know how comp works then if that's how you think. Once you get to a certain level mechs don't really matter. Yeh it can be good to be faster but when the servers are laggy all that matters is game sense. This game is about being smart far more than it is about being quick.

taking a break helps fs, never earned pr or scrimmed then i quit after chapter 3 season 1 then came back chapter 4 season 3 and earned 82 pr and made solo finals twice, came back chapter 5 and have got 200 pr all because of taking a break, ( i didnt get better in 2 years from chapter 2 szn 4 to chapter 3 season 1 )
ohh so this is why after i took a brake of 1 week i dominated the game and than i started loosing skill bc i played with not very good players , thx man

Confidence is what I struggle with, too, even though I beat pros in 1v1s. But just trying my best to fight everyone helps. And just forcing myself to always make the first move

If your eu then use noble and if your NA then use manu scrims If you're not, just find the best scrim server and play whenever they host customs and schedule your routine around it. Other than scrims, solo ranked and w-keting helps to get better fighting which is needed for solos

Because I’m brand new to building, I started by watching a couple videos and learned very basic tarping. I also tried piece control 1v1s but they didn’t go well, I got destroyed every game and it didn’t feel like I was getting any better. It’s all confusing and don’t even know where I should be starting when getting into building

Ping makes a difference but not that much of a difference. You can go pro on 30 ping.
