I know there is a channel that has a hide and go seek theme. Films in their offices in the USA where they sell novelty foods and gadgets and produce commercials in their own studio. Once a month the boss would try to track down one of his employees hiding somewhere on the property and get him back to work. 8 hours the limit but when you have a month of time and a budget you can get pretty creative in where to hide. And he did indeed. He of course plants clues. Sometimes communicates in real time. Consider it's a combined office, whare house, studio, shop, and the lot and grounds. Even the infrastructure is not out of bounds, hiding something the size of one person is not so difficult.
