  • One of the most sadistic and brutal serial killers in American History was Ted Bundy. He later confessed to having 30 victims but some investigators believed that he may have had many more. Bundy would target many women who attended universities and his crimes were completely despicable. He was executed by electric chair. But what happened with this?

The one good thing Ted Bundy ever did in his entire life was to leave this world on the 24th
January 1989, although why was his last request to have his ashes scatter over the cascade mountains where he dumped so many of his victims bodies?, thats an massive insult to the young girls he brutally murdered, he sure as hell didn't spare their lives as they begged in their
    final moments. RIP girls.🙁😡

Agreed. It’s one thing to grant a last meal. Granting the ashes wish was extremely disrespectful to the families of the victims. It also seems inexplicable. Why would any posthumous wish be granted to someone whose crimes were so heinous that they got the electric chair?

There are women out there who survived his homicide attempts. He raided a girls dorm at a college campus somewhere - before the days of 24/7 lockdown, early in the morning. 2 or 3 of her friends died. Then he came after her. She was badly injured and required at least two maxillofacial surgeries to repair her broken jaw. The day Mr. Bundy was finally gone from this planet, cheers were heard around the world.

The deadly current that coursed through Bundy’s brain and nervous system did its work admirably . The picture that I like best is the one where he was laid out in death on a table , both eyes open and staring , unseeing , at the ceiling . The Florida electric chair rendered that fiend from a relatively young and physically healthy man who could have lived for another 50 years into a sack of guts that would need to be processed by a funeral home .

Bundy probably heard the apparatus hum from his cell yards away as the prison staff prepared the device that would be used on him in a few hours .
Bundy's own body , acting as a high wattage resistor , would be placed in series with the power source when the two electrodes , one on top of his shaved head , the other on his shaved leg , were fastened in place .
As soon as the button was pressed , maybe 4.5 amps of electrical current flowed in the circuit of which Ted Bundy's body was a part of , which means that 2000 volts × 4.5 amps = 9000 watts of electrical power was dumped into Mr . Ted Bundy's tissues and bones .
Before the prison staff could unhook him , they had to wait for Ted's body to cool down somewhat , after the power was shut off .
What the prison staff strapped into that chair was a healthy 42 year old male who would probably have lived for another 50 years . What they unhooked was a smoking sack of guts , the top of the head where the electrode was fixed to , burnt completely down to the bare skull , quite a grisly testament to the deadly efficiency of using the condemned individual's own electrons to induce death .

I was in Israel at the beginning of 1989 and then ended up in a psychiatric unit in the South of France by the end. My one burning memory is of the Berlin Wall being torn down. Ted Bundy’s execution didn’t even register and nobody I knew even mentioned him. I’m aware he was a serial killer but I held no interest in US affairs and still don’t. What happens in America is of no interest to me. The penal system is so cruel and state murder is sanctioned by a society that condemns China for exactly the same crimes. It’s double standards. The fact that the right to bare arms is in the constitution tells me everything I need to know about a quasi fascist country that celebrates notoriety and rewards the sexually depraved. No wonder Bundy got away with murder for so long.
