For the first time ever, I have followed a youtube sewing DIY.
And I LOVE IT.
I am nowhere near as neat as this, but to me that really doesn't matter because I like how it turned out so much!!! Pattern-making has always been intimidating, so simply tracing a denim jacket made this process super easy.
Some adjustments I made to make it my own:
- folded and sewed the bottom to create a clean edge
- folded and sewed the collar to make a "V" collar
- buttons!

Why do people keep insisting on turnin' jeans inta udd🐄r stuff,when you could simply *buy* denim fabric ta do whateeeeevva ya wanted⁉️ 😩
some people don't have the money to spend +plus i think it's better that people are upcycling and transforming old items they don't want rather than throwing it out to (where it'll most likely end up in a landfill, contributing to pollution) and then wasting their money at fast fashion brands that underpay their workers. at least with this, you're minimizing your environmental impact as well as saving some money 😊😊.
